Can Fasting Be Dangerous?

January 31, 2023 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Can fasting be dangerous?

First, you need to ask yourself why you fast. Second, do you know how to fast? Do you ask for a knowledgeable health practitioner about your condition and ability to fast?

When you follow advice from people who do not differ carrots from Spirulina, or they pretend that they know something, it is better not to go with drastic tools that can hurt you.

Fasting is good for you when you follow advice from a health professional. Also, please listen to your body. Fasting will not be dangerous to you if you start slow, drink plenty of water and take Spirulina as a nutraceutical food having low calories. You will not starve and at the same time your body will be able to remove unnecessary waste from intestine, remove toxins and heavy metals from fat cells.

Old time rules for fasting

For somebody, who is Christian faith, it is nothing new that people had restrictions on eating before Christmas and Easter. It did not hurt people, it only strengthened their bodies and spirits.

Other religions have their time of fasting before essential events too. For example, Muslims have Ramadan, a month for contemplation, prayers, and fasting.

Fasting benefits the body and spirit because of the ability to get rid of toxins, heavy metals, and unnecessary weight.

Why do people not fast as often as it was many years ago?

First, most of us go to a job and we do not have time to reflect on events and what is going on. We only react; we do not think and feel what our bodies and souls need.

We began to behave as robots, not as human beings who want to question many aspects of their surroundings and life.

Maybe it sounds pompous, but when was a time when you stopped and thought about your feelings and satisfaction with what is going on in your life?

I tried to eat my problems with big pieces of chocolate. Unfortunately, the chocolate is gone, but my issues are the same.

Where is the correlation between lifestyle and fasting?

When we are conscious and think, we can detect if something is going to the wrong side. We have intuition and perception from the inside out about things that do not benefit us.

When we do not think and do not ask questions, we go in circles like bacteria that only eat, digest, and remove what is left.

It means we can suppress our emotions with junk food that comforts us for a minute but later lays down on our hips, waist, or belly.

Fasting for weight loss

All of us want recognition to some extent. People who gain weight for some reason suffer too.

What do they do to get rid of unnecessary pounds or kilos?

They try too fast, and plenty of people pick what looks good and do not care if something can hurt them.

In this way the fasting can be dangerous for them because not everybody can evaluate their own condition.

Talking with nutrition specialists, dietitians, the health practitioner, listening to their bodies, and not rushing after famous diets can help them lose weight without side effects.

There are plenty of anecdotal stories where people try many ways to shed pounds. They try various diets for a few days, but later on, ponds return with the speed of a hurricane.

Excessive dieting using questionable techniques can hurt physically and emotionally.

What can you do to avoid problems with fasting?

Is fasting for me?
  • Know your body. You can recognize what is good and wrong with you.
  • Listen to nutrition and health professionals who have positive feedback from their customers. Big names do not guarantee results.
  • Listen to your intuition. If you feel something is going wrong, it is wrong.
  • Choose only organic products such as Spirulina and clean water without chemicals.
  • Do not blame yourself if the results are different from your expectations.
  • Look for the people who want to fast and need company and encouragement.

Wrapping up

Fasting will not hurt you if you follow advice from your doctor or knowledgeable health practitioner who holds on Hippocratic Oath: Do Not Harm.

Fasting is good for the body and the soul because of the removal of toxins, heavy metals, and unnecessary waste in the digestive system, tissues, and organs.

When you fast, you will become more disciplined if you want to reach favorable to your body results. It means that will start to feel your body better, and you will try to adapt to a new lifestyle.

Why? You do not want to gain weight again. Fasting will be for you to prevent the body from well-being problems and keep the body in the best shape possible.

In short, fasting is not dangerous if you consider all options, choose organic products such as Spirulina to fast, and follow the advice of a health professional.

Should Intermittent Fasting Be Done Every Day?

January 26, 2023 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Should intermittent fasting be done every day?

Yes, you can do it every day. It helps you to stay fit and not be overwhelmed with food. Fasting prompts the innate immune system to check on toxins and other chemicals hiding in your fat cells. Narrowing the time window when you consume food lets your body get back the ability to burn fat for fuel and become metabolically versatile.

Does intermittent fasting differ from the diet?

Intermittent fasting happens when you have a restricted time window to consume the food. Usually, it is a six to eight-hour window when you eat. The rest of time is absent for meals.

The diet is when you eat particular foods. There are over 126 diets that adults can try during their lifetime.

If you have a good imagination, you can create your diet, especially if you tried it on yourself and got good results. People are different, and what works for one can be a disaster for another one.

How is intermittent fasting good?

Intermittent fasting vanishes unwanted calories and helps clean the body of unnecessary waste.

Intermittent fasting

How to start intermittent fasting?

It is not easy to start intermittent fasting, primarily if you used to eat late dinner. Usually, these dinners are heavy, unlike yogurt or an apple before bed.

The best way to begin with that is not to eat before bed. Three hours before bed is a good timing.

You go to bed with an empty stomach, and your whole body can rest during the night without heaviness inside.

It will be a pleasant view of yourself when you get up in the morning, and you do not look like your partied the whole night.

Usually, people who eat before night have in the morning puffy eyes. Of course, it does not happen overnight, but this habit does not add beauty to your face, especially when you get older.

Later on, you try your best to shorten time when you eat.

I know some people eat one time a day, but it is a drastic approach, and not everybody can live with that.

Does intermittent fasting has side effects?

Yes, it has because of toxins that go away from your body, but their excess in the blood can create nausea, headache or brain fog.

The more your body has chemicals and toxins tucked inside fat cells, the more you will experience unpleasant reactions.

These toxins go into your bloodstream and create a mess in your body until your organism gets rid of unnecessary chemicals.

Thankfully, it will overcome difficulties in maintaining a short eating window.

Wrapping up

Intermittent fasting is good for our bodies because of its ability to get rid of toxins and burn unnecessary calories.

Fasting was in our genes for many years because of lifestyle. People worked long days. The food for many people was scarce. Only nowadays, when fast food chains showed the way to get cheap and fulfilling meals for a short time, people adjusted to eat without restrictions.

Additionally, the food quality could have been better than it was many years ago. The lack of nutrients forces the body to require more and more food.

It leads to unnecessary calories that create obesity for people who are constantly hungry for various reasons.

It can be emotional hunger or hunger when the body does not get needed nutrients for metabolism and the creation of building blocks such as proteins.

When you eat wholesome food for a short time, like a six to eight-hour window your body does not require more calories. It starts to burn calories and gets rid of unnecessary chemicals, hiding in fat cells.

Do you gave an experience with intermittent fasting?

Will Fasting Burn Fat?

January 25, 2023 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Will fasting burn fat?

Most of us think that fasting helps with the loss of weight, and it is true. People are careful about their image, which is most important because it helps them feel comfortable in their skin when they manage to survive the fasting.

Do we need fat in most temperate areas, such as the waist or hips?

Nobody needs that because of knowing that fat in these places does not benefit the body.

A few decades ago, the majority of people were skinny. Physical work burns calories, and natural food brings nutrients that help the body rejuvenate and flourish.

Does fat disappear during fasting?

The fasting burns calories for sure. Fat disappears, too, especially if people fast longer. When people do not consume solid foods, the body uses fat as a source of energy to move on. Taking Spirulina brings all vital nutrients to the body, and fasting continues burning fat, toxins, and products of metabolism.

Why do I mention Spirulina?

Spirulina is an ideal nutraceutical food that is low in calories but has all the needed vitamins, proteins, and enzymes.

You will burn fat during fasting, but by taking Spirulina, the fasting process will go more smoothly. Additionally, your body will not starve, which happens to many people during fasting.

I guess that you have heard plenty of cases when people, after successfully losing weight, gained it again at a rapid time.

Sometimes the weight was more enormous before starting the fast.

Do doctors approve of fasting?

Yes, doctors see the benefits of fasting because of wanting to see healthy and happy patients, not a crooked ones.

There are three basic categories of fasting

  • Time-restricted eating
  • Partial fasting
  • Fasting using only a water

Time-restricted eating happens when your eating time is restricted to a few hours. Usually, it is a six to eight-hour window when you can consume food.

During this time, the body will learn to burn fat for fuel and adjusts to metabolic processes.

When partial fasting happens, you consume only 300-600 calories. It helps the body to rejuvenate cells, activate autophagy, and stem cells will start repairing and regenerating the body.

Water-only fasting is a harsh one because of zero foods. You drink only water. However, this method requires consultation with a doctor that adjusts the time when to start and when to finish.

Are you burning fat or calories?

Wrapping up

You can burn fat during fasting. When you do not eat solid foods, the body starts to eliminate toxins and fat. Fat works as fuel, and people who can keep up with being able to stay away from solid foods, can lose plenty of fat.

Should I Take Care of Eyes?

January 15, 2023 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Should I take care of my eyes?

Yes, it would help if you took care of your eyes. It is crucial not only that you will enjoy the richness of the world but you will be able to use eyesight for work or creation, interacting with people and your loved ones.

We take our health for granted until we see something wrong goes on. Do we need to wait till something happens? No.

Prevention is the best way to ensure that our body will serve us till the end in a suitable manner. The same goes with eyes too. If you do not take care of yourself, who will?

Nutrition

Foods rich in lutein, zeaxanthin, vitamins A, D, E, and C, and omega-3 fatty acids help protect eyes from inflammation, age-related eye damage, UV damage to eyes, macular degeneration, and cataracts. If you take the above-listed nutrients in a supplement form is better because of the lack of ingredients in plants and meat or eggs.

The difference between ancestors’ eyesight and nowadays people

Our ancestors used their eyes a hundred years ago to observe, evaluate, and navigate the world. Nowadays, everything is different because of lifestyle.

You do not run after wild pigs for food or look for a safe place to live. You sit watching TV, playing video games or you are glued to the screen of computer or phone.

Our eyes get different workloads that can hurt in the long run. Why? Most of us do not blink, only stare at computers all day. We know that breaks are good for the eyes but how many of us do it?

Previously you will not see so many children with eyeglasses. Now they pop out like mushrooms after rain.

Children’s eyesight is getting worse

Is There a Way to Improve Your Eyesight?

Yes, simple techniques will help to keep eyes in good condition enjoying the outer world. We usually stare nearby if it is a book, computer, or video game. This near sighting hurts the eyes because eye muscles weakening being in the same position.

Additionally, we blink less often than in nature or when moving around. The eyes become dry.

Let’s check ways how to keep your eyes in good shape

The 10-10-10 technique

Using this technique, your eyes will rest after constantly staring into one place, such as a computer or phone.

It is a simple technique that requires you to look 10 feet away every 10 minutes for 10 seconds. It isn’t difficult.

You can look through the window to the horizon or at the appealing picture. It is vital that your eyes will have the opportunity to change view distance from the short to the far away objects.

Do not forget to blink

Why do we need to blink often? Our eyes must be moist, and blinking helps with that. The more you blink, the more your eyes will thank you.

Drinking plenty of water

Drinking plenty of water helps keep eyes moist

We need to drink more water not just for our skin but for our overall health. Our body is most moisture, and water helps the eyes be enough hydrated.

Most people are dehydrated, especially those who drink plenty of coffee. If you lack water, the body takes it from everywhere to keep your brain in good shape.

Sleeping in the dark

I can tell that sleeping in the dark nowadays is a luxury unless you live in the wilderness or deep in the forest.

People cannot see stars in big cities. Streetlights are on all night long. Nighttime is for the darkness that helps our body and the eyes rest from daily work.

To avoid any light, you can put on an eye mask. There are plenty of choices on the internet.

Using palms

The palming technique helps eyes to rest. It works like that:

  • You cup your palms slightly
  • You place the over eye sockets keeping your fingers on the forehead and the heels of your hands on your cheek bones
  • Be sure that no light comes to your eyes
  • Try to visualize a black object on a black surface

After doing palming practice for a while, you will see that you feel less and less light coming into your eyes.

Switching between tense and relaxation

This exercise helps the eyes relax after changing modes. How does it happen? At first, you open your eyes as wide as possible and hold on for 3 seconds.

After that, you tightly squeeze your eyes. Relax and repeat steps one and two, more two times.

Read small print

Reading small print for ten minutes a day will help strengthen your eyes. How does it work? Your eye muscles need to work if you want to read little details. It becomes easier by practicing it.

Wrapping up

Good eyesight is achievable if you will look after your eyes. Sufficient nutrition, plenty of good quality sleep, and exercises( you do not need to sweat in the gym, move, walk, or do some physical work), avoiding smoking and too much alcohol, and staying mentally balanced will help you keep your eyes in shape and serving you long years ahead.

Social Media and Quality of Life

September 7, 2021 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Social media and quality of life do not get along. Social media plays a big part in human lives as a connection tool. However, it is similar to chocolate. Too much is a headache; taking a little bit: you want more of it. Do you like it? Can you see a difference between what you were a few decades ago and now?

How much time do you spend using social media?

The company I learned about Internet Marketing advises half an hour daily for social media. For die-hard fans of Facebook and Instagram, that is a big NO. Why? It is not easy to stay away from social media.

It is too much temptation, and I always feel unhappy when I see how much time I have wasted searching for various topics. It is like a swamp.

Do you remember the movie Lord of the Rings, where Frodo looked into the swamp water? He felt mesmerized, or maybe better would be hypnotized by images in the water.

Happily, Sam saved him from drowning in cold water with lurking creatures. Sometimes I feel the same way.

Additionally, the time spent on social media is similar to kissing through the glass. It looks fascinating, but you are lost and empty-handed in the end.

Of course, it is different when you use social media platforms to earn money or spread a piece of news about your activities, contacting your friends or team, or family.

Using social media to connect with friends at the busy time

Why does social media attract so many people?

Previously I thought that content and news feed keep constant excitement and enable me to return again and again.

Finally, I got the answer after reading Jaron Lanier’s book Ten Arguments for Deleting Your Social Media Accounts.

He described everything so perfectly because of being at the center of the creation of algorithms.

These ten arguments are:

  • People lose free will
  • Algorithms make it difficult for people to correct themselves
  • People easily become assholes using social media
  • The truth in social media is undermined
  • Nobody hears what you say on social media if you do not shout loudly and behave in a reckless way
  • The empathy evaporates using social media
  • People lose joy
  • Profits on social media do not occur in an honest way
  • Social media mixes up politics
  • Social media does not care about your soul

Does social media care about your emotional being and soul?

There are two different things: emotions and soul. Social media uses algorithms to explore human weaknesses and, later on, its uses for their excellent. You see ads after visiting a website and other similar topics jumping into your social media feed.

Do you think that somebody cares about your feelings? Yes, family or friends, but not random commenters and acquaintances who are attracted by algorithms.

Besides, social media is full of fake accounts that make a mess and can interfere with serious things such as forming opinions.

Knowing that machines regulate our emotions and influence us makes me unhappy about virtual friends and various topics.

The previous year and this one differ immensely. Social media did not add any easiness or explanation of what was going on. Thankfully, alternative press shows up. It does not push you in the direction picked by algorithms, at least for now.

Jaron Lanier was right that giving up on social media would free from misery, emptiness in the soul, and waste of time.

A good book can make a difference that will serve as a tool for human evolution, not degradation.

Resveratrol Benefits Women

May 30, 2018 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Resveratrol benefits women. It is an antioxidant with neuroprotective effects and protection against stroke and vascular dementia. French women are famous for their style and ability to keep their figures in shape without changing until life ends.

Of course, they do not look like teenagers, but it is enough to wear the exact size of jeans and enjoy the little black dress.

French people are famous for their cheese, wine, and bread. It is supposed to add a few pounds right away. Nope. Eating slowly, enjoying food, relaxing at the table with friends and family, and sipping red wine full of resveratrol make French women the object of envy.

However, we do not need to leave our countries for red wine and cheese, but we can benefit from resveratrol anywhere the Internet connection works.

What does resveratrol do?

You can find this antioxidant in grapes, mulberries, raw cacao, and pomegranate. Dark chocolate contains antioxidants too.  Muscadine grapes have the highest level of resveratrol thanks to their thick skin and numerous seeds. Red wine has a high concentration of resveratrol too.

Unfortunately, you cannot rely on red wine as the primary source of ripping resveratrol benefits. One thing is that alcohol impacts brain function; the second is that too much red wine can increase insulin levels.

Resveratrol is a natural compound. Its chemical name is 3,4′, 5-trihydroxystilbene.

In nature, resveratrol acts as the plants’ protective agent, guarding them against fungus, injury, and various stress factors such as cold or heat.

If you gave resveratrol to yeast cells, they would live longer than usual. According to Dr. Andrew Weil, M.D., that is possible that mice and us could benefit from this antioxidant.

How could women benefit from resveratrol?

Oxidative stress does damage not just to the tissues or organs; it affects the skin too. UV radiation, air pollution, and the lack of food nutrients can increase the risk of being affected by oxidative stress.

What does oxidative stress do to our bodies? Free radicals are unstable atoms, molecules, or ions. They appear after free electrons steal other electrons from stable cells. In this way, they damage the cells. These molecules create oxidation. Unfortunately, radicals can damage the body’s DNA, cell membranes, proteins, and other vital structures.

Who does need it? We cannot escape living conditions and avoid stressful situations, but we can check what we eat and what kind of antioxidants we use.

Resveratrol is one of the most potent antioxidants. It has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, may protect against depression, and helps improve brain blood circulation.

Besides it, resveratrol can improve learning and memory.

Resveratrol can help with chemotherapy side effects. Depression, neuropathic pain, fatigue, anorexia, and sleep disorders can be eased when the body gets antioxidants.

Wrapping up

  • Resveratrol is an excellent antioxidant that may help ease stress, depression, and fatigue. The anti-inflammatory properties of antioxidants help the body fight against oxidative stress and microbes.
  • Resveratrol may improve the job of the circulatory system, lowering bad cholesterol.
  • Resveratrol improves skin tone thanks to the stimulation of collagen formation. The skin texture improves and becomes more elastic and smooth.
  • Resveratrol may improve memory and eyesight. Besides it, resveratrol helps detoxify free radicals and remove them from the body.
  • According to studies, resveratrol may provide anti-cancer benefits.

Resveratrol is a powerful antioxidant that successfully fights free radicals. However, we cannot rely only on this dietary supplement, hoping we will be skinny as French women are after a few pills. Lifestyle and nutritional changes make significant differences in our well-being. In this way, resveratrol can help our bodies feel well more effectively. All basics, such as a balanced diet, stress management techniques, exercise, and sufficient sleep, make our lives comfortable and worth enjoying.

How To Lose Weight And Body Fat?

May 6, 2018 By Nemira Leave a Comment

How To Lose Weight And Body Fat?

How to lose weight and body fat question bothers everybody who wants to fit in jeans, look comfortable at the beach or want to fit into society’s standards. I could tell that these norms are crazy and unacceptable for everybody conscious of physical and mental health. However, thousands of individuals will want to decide how to fit into one or another piece of clothing.

What do you need to know about losing weight?

The body suffers when you lose weight fast and quickly without thinking about the consequences. When you lose weight intentionally, you need to know the condition of your health condition. Some people stay on one product diet and wonder why they do not feel right.

Why does it happen? The body needs vital nutrients every day for metabolism. Deficiency disturbs the proper job of organs.

What is the best way to be on a diet?

Proteins for breakfast

You can start the day with a protein-rich breakfast. In this way, you will not feel fatigued, tired, and dizzy after the big load of carbohydrates and caffeine.

Skipping water does not work too. Dehydration leads to the loss of minerals vital for bodily functions.

Simple measures such as counting calories, checking nutrition facts, getting plenty of rest, and getting rid of stress will do wonders for you. Overall, it is nothing strange or miraculous about losing weight.

When you change your lifestyle, you change centimeters or inches around your waist.

Look at your daily schedule and consumed foods. You do not need to go to Whole Foods and empty your wallet. Just by eating plenty of fats, good ones, and proteins, your body will produce enough carbohydrates for the needed amount in the blood.

Fats, such as food high in omega-3 fatty acids and high-quality proteins, can keep us in shape. The body can produce the needed amount of carbohydrates from fat and protein.

Besides, taking supplements can help to curb appetite and stop cravings. One of the know supplements is Vito Slim

What fattens us?

  •  Lifestyle
  •  Processed food
  •  Sweets
  •   Stress
How To Lose Weight

Do you know that sitting is the second smoking? Yes, unfortunately, it is. When I sit too long by the computer, I feel that my but hurts, and when I get up, I feel stiff and lazy. Sitting for short periods will not harm you.

However, people sit everywhere: at an office, at home, in cars or buses. We do not walk anymore as a few decades ago.

When we sit, we do not burn calories.

Overall, civilization is supposed to bring delightful things to us. However, looking at statistics, there is nothing to be proud of. We saved some animals from extinction, but what will be with the human race?

Some people are still in excellent help, but plenty of us need to get a grip and think about how we live and what we put in our mouth mouths.

You can blame everybody for what you want, but nobody will change the circumstances except you. During short breaks at the office, yoga poses such as Cobra can be done for a few minutes. You will stretch muscles that are lazy during sitting time. The blood will flow to places pressed at the time while residing on the chair.

Processed food

I know that it sounds boring, and everybody has heard that pizza and soda are bad for us and that pizza and soda are bad for us a hundred times. However, nobody stops and turns their bad habits into benefits for their health and well-being.

Eating processed food in tiny portions and seldom not will fatten us. Unfortunately, plenty of us is addicted to fast food, soda drinks, and the couch.

How does processed food harm us?

First and all, processed food is dead. There are no vitamins or enzymes which vital to the body. Synthetic vitamins are not the same as from Nature.

Processed food is full of preservatives, chemicals, and fillers. Why do manufacturers add this stuff to the menu? Chemicals prolong shelf life. It saves money for the merchant but not for the customer. Why? You will get outstanding bills from doctors when you get problems with processed food.

Sugar s a part of the gloomy picture — we all like tasty food. Unfortunately, we do not think where the taste came from. Processed meats, bread, cookies, cakes, and condiments have plenty of sugar.

High fructose corn syrup helps reduce costs, but it does not bring any benefits to us — it is known that the average person in the USA consumes at least 149 pounds per year.

Besides, that processed food lacks nutrients and is full of sugar; it decreases the number of minerals vital for our bodies. Deficiency leads to skin problems, indigestion, heart, and kidney disorders, diabetes, etc.

Sweets

I know what it means when I cannot find a piece of chocolate at my house. I do not scream or break plates, but I walk or jump to the car to buy something tasty. Thankfully, I can live without candies, cookies, or cakes, but chocolate is number one.

Interestingly, in Europe, I am not as crazy about chocolate as I am here. I associate it with a lack of stress and a less urbanized environment.

Why do we crave sweets?

How To Lose Weight And Body Fat

Sweets give momentary pleasure and a sense of comfort. Some people experience energy and joy for a while. However, the enormous usage of sweets leads to the throw of balance in the body.

We do not need plenty of sugar in the blood.  Usually, the whole human blood is less than one teaspoon of sugar. It is about 4-5 grams. However, when we consume sweets, we get more than 4 grams.

One portion of Trader Joe’s Belgium Chocolate is 10 grams in mine. What does it mean?

The pancreas must be patient and keen to produce insulin, which controls the amount of sugar in the bloodstream. The islets of Langerhans detect the excess sugar, secrete insulin, and the situation normalizes.

The overconsumption of sweets overstimulates the pancreas, which secrets too much insulin.

The hypothalamus is sensitive to the excess of sugar in the blood endocrine reactions. As a consequence, an endocrine reflex occurs. The brain adjusts to sugar intake and becomes highly sensitive to the stimuli.

In this way, individuals become addicted to sweets and crave them when they do not get them.

Stress

Stress is a protective condition when the body prepares to escape from predators. We do not have dinosaurs now, but we have environmental problems such as pollution, electromagnetic fields, and city noise. Plenty of humans are lonely. Social isolation does not bring any joy and health increases.

Conditions at work can be stressful. Bad habits such as overspending or drinking can create problems too.

Having Fun

Overall, it is not the end of the world. Plenty of us does have fewer or more problems. The difference is how we solve and conquer challenges.

The most important is how we solve them. Some of us see problems as big mountains, and some see them as bridges to the next period in life.

We have brains and minds, which are gold mines between our ears.

Techniques such as meditation, exercises of any kind, socializing, volunteering, and helping the less fortunate will clear stress from your life, at least for this time when you are busy with activity. Later on, it will be a more comfortable stand against harmful habits.

Wrapping up

I hope that you will find out how to lose weight and body fat. If you are obese, remember that there is always hope and a real, natural way to change the situation. It takes time and patience.

However, the change in habits and lifestyle can bring beneficial results. There are ways how to lose weight and body fat:

  • Eat nutritious food in small portions. Get up from the table when you ate your part. After twenty minutes, you will feel that your stomach is full. It takes time to communicate between the brain and the digestive system.
  • Move. Start with short walks if you have trouble walking. Choose stairs over elevators. Leave a car far away from shops or work. Find a friend who is willing to change your lifestyle. There are groups on Facebook or just Google for similar activities.
  • Try communicating with positive people and those who can be examples or mentors to you. You will get inspiration and maybe fill find new friends between them.
  • Enrich your diet with minerals. You can find more information here.

How about you? Do you need to fight with additional weight? Do you have any methods of how to shed some pounds? It would be nice to hear from you. Please leave a comment below.

Important Nutrient Diet

November 17, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Important Nutrient Diet

Nutrients from diet give the body energy, building substances, and tools to protect from invaders. A critical nutrient diet is a diet that is full of essential nutrients. Without the proper nutrients, the body would starve, be sluggish, and be unable to function at its full potential.

The Western diet is full of processed and missing substances. Sugar, heated oils, white flour, meat with antibiotics, and the lack of vegetables, minerals, proteins, and vitamins throw the body out the balance.

We see results in the street or airplanes when people cannot fit in the seat.

We may miss these nutrients in our diet

Individuals who consume a typical American diet can miss these vital nutrients:

Calcium

I read that calcium is abundant in a modern diet. However, we do not get calcium from authentic sources such as almonds, bok choy, canned salmon with bones, broccoli rabe, broccoli, white beans, and tofu. Most of us choose fast food, such as pizza or hamburgers, where calcium does not absorb efficiently.

Eating calcium-rich vegetables gives us a full array of vitamins, enzymes, and fibers. Processed calcium does not benefit the body because it is synthetic, not as Nature created.

Fiber

Fiber comes from raw food or is slightly cooked. The body benefits from fiber because it stimulates the immune system, lowers blood pressure, helps lose weight, helps move bowels, and fights inflammation.

Good sources of fiber are legumes, nuts, whole grains, seeds, fruits, and vegetables. Getting at least 20 to 30 grams of fiber daily is recommended.

Magnesium

Over eighty percent of American people are deficient in magnesium. It means plenty of problems with the nervous system, heart, muscle, energy production, and body metabolism. Over sixty-five conditions require magnesium.

Why do we not get enough magnesium from food? The soil is depleted. Farmers do not mineralize it. Plants and animals do not get magnesium from the land. The human being who stands at the end of a chain is left without vital minerals, not just magnesium.

Potassium

Potassium is a missing nutrient in the diet of Americans. Only 2 percent get the required dosage of potassium: 4700 mg per day.

Bananas, leafy greens, potatoes, legumes, and salmon are rich in potassium.

Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 diminishes with age. People can sense fatigue, anemia, loss of appetite, constipation, and weight loss.

Excellent sources of vitamin B12 are fish, beef, cheese, milk, eggs, and yogurt.

Conclusion

The Western diet is poorly equipped with nutrients such as enzymes, vitamins, minerals, proteins, and fiber. It means that individuals will experience the consequences of deficiencies. Do we need to wait for it?

It is better to find the right prevention tools and use them to protect the most precious assets: health and peace of mind.

You can read more about supplementation here. We do not get nutrients from food. What we get is only a part of the whole balanced diet. We need to give all the essential nutrients to the body. It is possible with the help of dietary supplements.

Why Are Organic Products More Expensive?

November 6, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Why are organic products more expensive if compared with conventional production? Processed food stays on the shelves for a few months or longer.  Organic food has vital nutrients but spoils faster because it is chemical-free. Most people do not choose natural products because they are afraid that the money spent will not bring any results.

Why are organic products more expensive?

Organic products are no exception when it comes to higher prices. Quality products cost more. Why?

  • Materials are expensive, such as fertilizers or clean water.
  • The time to produce is long
  • Quality products cannot be created in significant quantities
  • Organic and quality products require plenty of  human resources

Everything adds up. The price goes up. Imagine what you want: strawberries without chemicals. You need to mineralize the soil. You cannot use pesticides. Somebody needs to pull weeds out, pick them, then place them in boxes without crushing them. Farmers have enormous expenses, and the price of products goes up.

It is different from strawberries, which grow in significant fields. Pesticides sprayed from airplanes, water quality questionable, automated picking saves time and money.

Organic products require constant supervision, lab checking, and avoiding the usage of chemicals. It increases costs.

What do you get in the end?

Organic strawberries melt in the mouth, smell sweet, and do not last long.

Conventional strawberries are hard to bite. Most people use a knife to cut them and put some white sugar on the top. The warning sign about washing a few times the production reminds us that berries still contain chemicals.

The impact of chemicals

Chemicals from production reach bodies. It does not matter how well we would wash them. Why? The plant or fruit gets chemicals from the soil. The soil got pesticides when plants were sprayed. Farmers want to grow produce that is pleasing to the eye and does not spoil so fast.

Toxins are not suitable for us. They interfere with the body’s metabolism and can impact the next generations.

Bodies recognize and use minerals for building replenishment minerals. Absorption is a big deal. Toxins which are foes and not natural, can deposit in tissues and organs.

When you have toxins in your body, you need to have detoxification. Who does perform it? Some people do not have time; some of them do not care; some of us do not know about the importance of cleaning the body from toxins.

Scientist and doctor Samuel Epstein stated that cancer is the consequence of environmental pollution.  When we get chemicals with products, we increase the chance of catching horrific diseases.

The bright side of organic

I see a few good things happen if people choose organic production.

People would eat less because organic products cost more.

People would be conscious of what they eat. When you pay the price, you are more attentive about what you choose and why.

People would lose weight. There are no fillers, preservatives, or additives.

People would be energized and happier.

People would save money in the long run. Why? Organic food keeps you in shape and gives you more needed nutrients. You will skip medication because you will be in better condition.

From the community perspective, you will support farmers and the environment.

Conclusion

  • Organic food is a lot more expensive because it requires more taking care of it.
  • Organic food brings benefits and does not harm humans
  • Ecological food benefits the environment and growers.

How about you? What would you like to choose: organic food or conventional? I would be glad to hear from you.

Why Is Nutrition Important to Health?

July 16, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Why is nutrition essential to health? There are no such questions because, as a veterinarian, I know what animals would starve without good-quality hay and grains. They would not give excellent quality milk, meat, and eggs. Unfortunately, humans are supposed to be more competent than animals, but we behave as beings who follow instincts.

Why Nutrition Is Important to Health?

You would tell me that it is not valid. How would you explain that over 70 percent of the USA  people are obese? This beautiful country with the best technologies and achievements in most areas has fat people. These people do not jump for joy because they are overweight. I can bet that they suffer from low self-esteem and many issues associated with weight.

Good nutrition provides the body with vitamins, minerals, proteins, fat, and other vital substances that are essential for the body’s metabolism.

Do we need to blame somebody?

Do we need to blame anyone? Of course, we can. However, it would be a waste of time and blame for never-fixed problems.

What can we do?

  • Identify problem
  • Educate yourselves
  • Find ways to solve the problem

Sounds simple?

You know, this was saying that everything that is genial is simple. We do not need to finish college to learn how junk food and a sedentary lifestyle affect our income, self-esteem, and quality of life.

Why Nutrition Is Important to Health?

You know that car every year, and at the time when the sticker on your window shows the expiration needs maintenance. You know when your dog or cat goes to the vet.

How about you?

How about you? Who takes care of you? Do not tell me that you do not have time or money for it. You will have time and money when something unpleasant happens. Nobody is left alone to deal with serious health problems.

However, why do we need to reach the state of our healthy being when we can not change the outcome without drastic tools?

You would think that I talk in riddles. Maybe I’m not too fond of mentioning names of disorders. I know that prevention works for everybody willing to take their fates into their hands.

Why do we need to leave somebody our problems to solve?

Earl Nightingale, a famous writer and broadcaster, said that one difference between horses and human beings is that we have brains. Unfortunately, most of us follow routines and instincts.

Why does it happen?

We do not think. We do not use our brain in the way that it would bring us solutions, ideas, and advice on how to love lives in the way we would like to live.

First, most of us react to the stimulus. Smells good; let’s take a bite. It is crunchy; let’s eat more. It is cozy; let’s sleep longer and watch a movie or video game again. Somebody cuts in front of our car; let’s boil over and show them who the road’s ruler is. In this case, I am guilty too.

Why is nutrition important to health?

The body is given to us the asset to perform various tasks. I speak in more technical terms, not in spiritual, but the body is a unique tool.

The body requires maintenance and superior care if we expect to perform in our lives in the best way possible.

Cells use nutrients for replenishing, strengthening, and balancing organs, tissues, and whole systems inside us.

How do you imagine it can be done beneficial way if we provide the body with processed food, sugary drinks, and zero movements?

Why Nutrition Is Important to Health?

Sooner or later, cells in the body will rebel without vital nutrients and become sluggish, fatty, and unhappy. It is an exaggeration, but if you know something about gardening, tomatoes planted in the sand do not grow. Potatoes do not give results produced on the asphalt. It simply dies.

Our bodies are resilient. We can overcome many obstacles without proper nutrition and exercise.

We are not tomatoes or potatoes. However, we will be if we do not take care of our health in the first place.

Can you buy health? Yes and no. It takes your precious time    ( you will not buy time, never), and drains your money and relationships with everybody.

Who will care for your relatives, family, cat, or dog? Who will be happy seeing you in a situation where you never could be if you loved yourself?

What is the right nutrition for the body?

Proper nutrition gives us vitality, energy, and the ability to live lives in the way we would like. Obesity does not occur in people who provide the body with minerals, vitamins, proteins, enzymes, and fats. Obesity does not happen for people who choose stairs instead of the elevator and walk for at least twenty minutes.

Exceptions

Sylvia Tara, Ph., correctly analyzed obesity problems in her book The Secret Life of Fat. She gives many causes why people can not get rid of additional pounds, why it is so challenging to shed pounds when you were skinny before the birth of children, or accidental encounter with the rooster.

Why Nutrition Is Important to Health?

There are exceptions, but it is not the norm for people to be in the 70 percent of the USA population as obese individuals.

The role of the right nutrition

You would say that pizza can serve as a nutritious food. Nope. Processed food does not have enzymes, which are essential factors in the body’s metabolism. The body is an interconnected universe where the sneezing of Killer cells echoes the rest of the immune system army.

If something goes wrong, the body is the kingdom with rules, laws, and consequences. Vital nutrients do not reach cells, calcium overflows cells and accumulates in the blood, and the calcification of tissues occurs. Beautiful bumps under the skin surface, sometimes in breasts, too. We can be so scared because nobody likes suspicious signs inside or outside our bodies.

We would run to the health professional with the plea to help. It would be great if somebody knew how to test magnesium levels. Unfortunately, it does not happen so often.

Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D. Her book, The Magnesium Miracle, explains the tricks of calcium and how magnesium deficiency can bring nightmares to our lives.

It looks simple, is not it? We take magnesium, and problems disappear. Nope.

First, not so many of us know about the importance of magnesium. Second, it is not easy to believe that a deficiency of minerals can bring turmoils to our lives.

It is the reason that prevention is the key to our well-being.

We prevent bodies from deficient nutrients by giving the right dietary supplements.

Can we get nutrients from food? Yes, some of them, yes, but not all amount. If we want to be in the best shape possible, we must take care of our bodies with the proper nutrition and supplements.

Can I offer something special?

Yes, I can. One of the reasons I started this website is my wish to share information about products that work and enrich our well-being.

We lead stressful lives, especially in the main cities. The lack of nature, simple contact with neighbors, organic food, peace, and enough time for recovery from daily tasks take a toll on us.

Most of us can not escape it. Why? Jobs, mortgages, family ties, and unpaid student loans keep us in the same circle, adding stress and tiredness.

We need to sustain good health at times. When you are healthy, you take it for granted. However, why wait till something happens? Let’s support us with the proper nutrition and the best dietary supplements.

Can I offer something unique? Yes. You read about it on my blog about these products. These dietary supplements give the body everything to maintain a healthy status.

How to achieve the best outcome for our bodies?

Why Nutrition Is Important to Health?

The best result will be when we consider ourselves as unique and valuable human beings. We do not need to be productive and eat caviar. Organic food made from scratch, saving the low temperature of all enzymes, vitamins, minerals, dietary supplements, and an active lifestyle can keep us on track. Volunteering, reading, and a positive attitude can change our lives. You can try. What will you lose? Your life can turn hundreds of degrees around, and you will wonder where you have been. Read the story of Rafael Zuniga here. If he can change his life around, you are no exception.

I would be glad to hear from you about your experience regarding proper nutrition.
