Dr.Joseph Proietto, an endocrinologist from Austin, Australia, was always frustrated when he saw his patients returning to his obesity clinic.

His patients successfully lost weight. They successfully regained it again. Doctor Proietto decided to test the responses of additional hormones. Differently from other scientists, Dr. Proietto tested hormones produced in the gut.

These hormones were ghrelin and peptides. Ghrelin is a hormone that stimulates the appetite.

Patients who participated in the study were over two hundred pounds. They lost an average of thirty pounds for ten weeks.

It is not easy to differentiate whether it is wrong and is done only for money or whether it is genuine research done for the sake of humanity. Facts are facts; they do not lie.

The first place goes to scientists and professionals in particular areas. I could pretend that I knew about the Solar System. Unfortunately, I can not be an expert because my knowledge is narrow. It is the same in all aspects of life.

We go to fix our teeth, dentists. We check the car in the dealership, not in the Mayo Clinic. Everything requires an expert in a particular area.

It is the same with the well-being of our health. The information helps us to choose the best doctor and health practitioner.

What has to do with the fat and chicken correlation with Randy? Randy is a man who got a spurring to his leg from a rooster a few decades ago. He was a skinny teenager, eleven years old. Now he is a big man who continually tries to outsmart the body’s fat.

In her book The  Secret Life of Fat, Sylvia Tara explains why Randy got himself in a situation where nobody could understand his weight changes.

In Sylvia’s book, Indian scientist made research shows a correlation between viruses found in chickens and people who are obese.

How it did happen?


Randy is from a family where everybody is slim. Unfortunately, after the accident with the rooster, Randy started to gain weight. It did not matter how much he forced himself to eat fewer pounds added up quickly. Randy was up and down between 200 and 230 pounds. He did not remember when he last time ate bread or pizza.

Fat and Chicken Correlation

Can viruses make chickens fat?


In India, doctor and scientist Nikhil Dhurandhar searched for answers: can viruses cause chicken fat? His friend, a veterinarian pathologist, finds out that the virus SMAM-1 killed thousands of chickens in India. Necropsy showed that fat was deposited in the abdomen. Nikhil thought about the influence of viruses on people. Maybe a virus can make people fat.

Nikhil Dhurandhar experimented with chicken and discovered that healthy chicken infected with SMAM-1 became fat. He thought about people because he had an obesity clinic in India. After testing for antibodies to SMAM-1, Nikhil found out that 20 percent of individuals were positive for antibodies for SMAM-1.

How can a virus make us fat?


Atkinson explains three ways how it can happen:

It increases the uptake of glucose from the blood and converts it to fat.

It enhances the creation of fat molecules through fatty acid synthase, an enzyme that creates fat.

It enables the production of more fat cells to hold all the fat by committing stem cells, which can turn either bone or fat, into fat. So the fat cells that exist are getting bigger, and the body is creating more of them.

The direct correlation between  Ad-36 in chickens and humans was not directly studied. Dhurandhar and Atkinson have researched many cases showing the Ad-36 contribution to obesity. Unfortunately, skepticism between colleagues still exists.

The assurance from scientist


Studies done in labs show that Ad-36 has correlations with obesity. At this time, there is no treatment for Ad-36.

However, Richard Atkinson assures that ” if you have had the virus, and predisposed for the gain of fat, what you eat and how much you exercise is still in your control. You may have to work harder at it.”

Randy has discipline and works hard towards his goals. His weight dropped from 350 pounds to 170. His calories are 1200-1500 per day. What is the best way to lose belly fat? This question bothers many people. Belly fat is a subject that concerns health and fashion-conscious people. Fat is hated and called a bad condition. Nobody wants to be overweight. However, we see more and more people who barely fit in the standard bus or airplane chair. Previously I thought that these people were lazy and stupid. How did it happen to them? Do they want to be big?

You could tell that I talk about things that I did not experience. I do not know what one hundred pounds overweight is, but I know how it feels when you gain twenty pounds. I did not feel anything except my jeans which were too tight for me.

The best way to lose weight is to strengthen our will and be friends with our fat. When we hate ourselves, we create a hostile environment around us. We blame ourselves for the little cookie before bed or the big piece of chocolate.

Blaming will not help us. We must train our will. The high will assist us in going through ups and downs. We will not be easily tempted by the additional piece of pizza or cake. We gently would tell ourselves that we eat enough today. We will pick the water bottle and fill the stomach with liquid without calories.

Being different is healthy because you can discover your inner traits, which are unique. It does not mean that people are better or worse than you. Being different helps us to know ourselves and learn our secrets. It can help us to evolve as human beings. Differences stand out from the crowd. You can use your unique abilities to reach your goals and dreams.

Being different, you can stand out from the crowd, discover hidden talents, conquer new words, or share your unique style with others.

We all are unique


We all are as unique as human beings. We all are different. How you use this gift from nature is your choice. It is a pity that we do not appreciate it when we are healthy and safe; we take it for granted.

When something happens, we discover our inner strength. You know many stories about disabled people who climbed mountains, wrote books, created secrets of the universe, and participated in competitions. Why? These people found an inner spark that continuously burns in our hearts. It made them believe that they could achieve everything that they wanted.

We are all created in an equal way


We all deserve the best on this earth. It does not matter if you are sick, short, or bold; you can achieve your dreams. These differences do not influence if we will do our best. Of course,  there are plenty of obstacles. We will make mistakes. We will learn from them.

Being different is healthy


However, being different is healthy because we have challenges. We use our capabilities of mind to achieve our goals. We evolve as human beings. People can adapt to their differences and make a profit from them.  You can be a designer in many areas if you have a unique taste. Clothing, architecture, indoor and outdoor planning, furniture, and play decorations require constant change. There is just one example of using your differences in a few areas.

Being Different is Healthy

People are bored with the same things. Do you have a unique voice? Do you have a sensitive nose? You can create your own perfume. There are many areas where you can adapt your traits.

Why is being different healthy?


When we discover our uniqueness and differences, we free our creative energy. It lets us relax and feel that we live not empty lives. We can make a difference in our communities, schools, countries, and the world.

Of course, we can first suffer because somebody can joke at us. So what? Who cares? These obstacles can force us to move forward and find our place. The stagnation does not bring process. We overcome obstacles, and we improve ourselves. It brings balance to our minds because we will find meaning in life sooner or later.

Use differences


If we use our differences, we can connect with other human beings. The opposite attracts. People are curious beings. They want to learn and discover. Here, our minds can help. We need to consider what we want to do with our differences. Think about the artists. They are all different. These artists who copy each other lose their audience. Unique artists make their mark. It is the same with all people.

Simulation of events and situations helps understand how processes, things, or operations would look in the real world. The simulation is an imitation of the case which could happen in reality. Flight simulations and drive simulations are similar to ours.

How about simulations for situations that are important to us? If we had simulations for events such as weather changes or relationship situations, maybe we could prepare better for the outcome.

Plenty of us could be disappointed if misconceptions, fear, shortness, and lack of information blinded us. We think what something will be in this particular way or this way. Unfortunately, it does not work in this way.

Intuition could help us to find the right way. However, people lost connections with themselves. They follow advice and directions from fake sources or make us think in a particular way. Of course, it happened to people thousands of years ago. People got messages that were just messages. Nobody could tell if these statements were correct. In ancient Egypt, spiritual leaders used various techniques to deliver the message. These techniques helped me believe in anything as meant to think.

Prediction of future


When we model events using various parameters and assumptions and believe in anything another way, we can be informed about different possibilities.

Overall, we must evaluate simulation models carefully, without emotions. We can be prepared for unexpected events, processes, and situations when we see what could happen if all simulation particles fit together.

Details are important


There are always exceptions and situations when we do not add to the simulation model some features. Why could it happen in this way? The algorithm can count how the simulated event would occur, but we need to put in the algorithm all the details. If we miss something, the outcome will be different.

Simulation can help prepare emotionally and physically for various situations and events. We can find ways to behave in this or this particular situation.

Of course, it can always be unexpected. We can not be 100% sure that simulation models will show us all the possible results. Simulation of events and situations helps to choose the best way to deal with upcoming circumstances.

Nutraceutical food is full of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and proteins that give the body full support for living a balanced and healthy life. The deficiency of nutrients creates diseases that interfere with quality of life.

The nutraceutical food from the past


Older generations remember when fresh milk was delivered in bottles or farmers’ markets were a place where you could buy fresh food and meet your friends. Small business was a critical part of human lives. The pharmacist knew families. The family doctor took care of a few generations.

Most of the families gathered at the table and ate homemade food. They had soup made from homegrown chicken with vegetables from the garden and meat from the butcher.

Of course, people had diseases, but not like today. Obese people seldom saw. Stress-related conditions were random.

Now people return to old habits. However,  they do not have enough time to prepare food at home. It requires time management to find the right food items that are nutritious and fulfilling.

Do people take great care of their cars and dogs? They refill vehicles with fuel, which is required for a particular type of car. They pick the best food for their furry friends.

How about themselves? How many men and women analyze the quality of the food?

Usually, the taste of food wins over quality.

We choose pizza over nuts, seeds, organic meat or fruits, and vegetables. Many people know that the food in fast food chains does not have nutritional value. This particular food is processed. Vitamins and enzymes disappear.

I know that pizza or chicken from the fast-food chain can be addictive. Processed food has chemical substances that make us feel wanting more and more.

Changing habits


Habits are second nature. People must have a strong will and motivation if they would like to change practices.

Popular weight loss programs use actors and pleasing eye settings to motivate customers and invite them to subscribe.

If we consume processed food, we do not have enough nutrients to keep our bodies shape.

We must take good care of our bodies in the same way we care for our cars. We must eat food full of vital nutrients.

Be flexible during change

Find a team of people who have the same problem as you.
