Magnesium And Angina

November 8, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Angina is a pain in the area of the chest. It can happen in short periods. It feels like the pressure or the sense of fullness. Sometimes the pain can go down the left arm.

Why does it happen?

Angina can happen; the lack of oxygen creates the buildup of carbon dioxide in the heart’s muscles. It is a  frightening situation. The pain can be mild or acute. People can experience it after or during exercise, especially in the cold, having intense emotional stress or vivid dreams.

Angina passes after a few minutes or after taking nitroglycerine.

The blood carries oxygen and nutrients to organs in the body. The heart needs supplies too. If blood vessels constrict and oxygen does not reach the heart fully, people experience angina.

If this situation happens often, the angina is called unstable. Angina can lead to a heart attack.

Magnesium helps relax the muscles of the heart and relieve inflammation.

The importance of magnesium

Dr. James B. Pierce, Ph.D., states that almost fifty percent of sudden heart attacks happen when the body lacks magnesium. If you think about magnesium’s ability to relax muscles everywhere, you will see that the blood rich with oxygen can easily reach the heart when magnesium is sufficient.

The prevention is the best aid

Most of us start to think about health after something scary happens, such as a heart attack or high blood pressure.

We can prevent disorders by taking measures and changing bad habits. The elimination of sugar, alcohol, and junk food could help prevent heart disease. Taking absorbable magnesium supplements will provide the body with minerals vital for the body’s metabolism.

Conclusion

Angina is a scary situation. We can prevent it by taking dietary supplements such as magnesium, and ReMag, having plenty of rest, and looking after our diet. It is nothing complicated. We must remember that health is the most crucial asset besides time.

Magnesium For Angina

October 27, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Magnesium for angina

Magnesium for angina helps beneficially. Magnesium is an essential mineral. Magnesium deficiency leads to sixty-five conditions such as angina, anxiety and panic attacks, blood clots, brain dysfunction, cholesterol elevation, etc.

What is it, angina?

Angina happens when the lack of oxygen for the heart muscle and the buildup of carbon dioxide and other metabolites create pain in the chest region.

Pain can be mild or piercing, the feeling of pressure or fullness. This condition scares people.

How does angina happen?

Coronary (heart) arteries spasm and block the entrance for oxygen and nutrients. The heart does not get essential items and suffers from them.

Mostly, angina happens after exercise, heavy meals, stress, or lucid, vivid dreams.

There is another type of angina. It is called Prinzmetal’s. This angina happens at rest, without stress or exercise.

Doctor James B. Pierce, Ph., assumes that Prinzmetal’s angina occurs when people are deficient in magnesium. It happens in fifty percent of cases of sudden heart attacks.

The doctor, James B. Pierce, discovered that magnesium works better than nitroglycerine for his chest pain.

He observed that chest pain occurs after a busy and stressful day, a long drive, or negative emotions.

Risk factors for angina

What does cause angina? Knowing the reasons and triggers for various disorders, we can use prevention tools.

  • Smoking
  • Diabetes
  • Magnesium deficiency
  • Hyperlipidemia
  • Sedentary lifestyle
  • Diet weak in nutrients
  • Type A personality
  • A family history of coronary artery diseases

Diagnosis of angina

Doctors perform procedures such as

  • Electrocardiogram
  • Exercise tolerance test
  • Coronary angiogram

Common recommendations

After diagnosing angina, the recommendation is the following:

  • Cease smoking
  • Watch after diet
  • Lose weight
  • Control  blood pressure

When cases of angina are complicated, stents are used to open arteries to remove the arterial blockage. Bypass surgery is performed to circumvent blocked arteries.

The best option to escape angina

According to Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D., the author of The Magnesium Miracle, prevention is the best treatment for angina.

By choosing the proper lifestyle and diet, we will avoid consuming junk food, a sedentary way of spending time with TV or playing video games. Sugar, alcohol, and junk food do lack magnesium. That is worse because it depletes magnesium. Add to these bad habits drugs, and you will have the ticket to problems.

Why? Drugs are famous for consuming minerals, in this case, magnesium.

Prevention tools

Dr. Carolyn Dean recommends using ReMag, which is 100 percent absorbable at the cellular level of liquid magnesium. Supplements that are friendly to the heart, exercises, and watching over nutrition will support us.

Conclusion

Magnesium For Angina

Let’s wrap up. Nobody wants to change habits. If somebody does, they barely take action. However, when we know that we can be healthy and live meaningful lives, we can get a grip and check out our lifestyle.

Magnesium is an essential mineral for angina. Dietary supplements such as ReMag, exercises, and a diet rich in minerals, vitamins, proteins, fatty acids, and enzymes will provide strength for our bodies in the same way as they will for the heart.

We can spend our time better helping others and reaching goals. Without a healthy heart, there is no fun.

Where to Buy Natural Supplements

October 25, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Where Buy Natural Supplements

Where buy natural supplements? People are informed and intelligent nowadays. They want the best things for themselves. People do not look for crap or items which do not perform well.

It is the same with health products. Dietary supplements take a considerable part of the market. However, not all supplements bring equal value.

Buying from trusted sellers who offer safe organic products helps us save time and be sure that our well-being will be balanced and improved using products of the best quality.

How do I know?

I tried a few supplements for myself. I can tell that the difference is enormous. I discovered the best magnesium supplement. The name is ReMag. A few months ago,  I traveled overseas and left the bottle of liquid magnesium at home. You know how customs do not like when you or somebody else does not follow the rules.

After a couple of days without ReMag, I got spasms. It was painful. I never had this experience before. The next day I ran to the pharmacy for magnesium. The magnesium citrate was an excellent choice at this time when I did not know about ReMag. Now I cannot stand the taste of magnesium citrate. I felt a new metal taste which was from citric acid.

Magnesium citrate consists of magnesium and citric acid. After ReMag, I never will be back to other magnesium supplements. Of course, if ReMag somehow disappeared, I would apologize to the rest of magnesium supplements because my body is deficient in magnesium.

Where to buy natural supplements?

The best way to buy natural supplements is from trusted sellers. What do I mean?  We must know:

  • Constituents of Supplements
  • The origin
  • Non-GMO
  • Purity
  • Lab results
  • Scientific evidence
  • Results from researchers
  • Recommendation from a knowledgeable health practitioner
  • Feedback from real customers
  • Support from the company

Sellers who provide honest information about products are not afraid that the customer will change their mind and will search further. They know that their products are worth every penny.  Inventors, manufacturers, and sellers understand that fast and questionable marketing can bring temporary revenue and results.

Later on, people understood that it did not work as it claimed. Temporary success can run reputation because people want to trust the brand and spend money on high-quality products.

So, where to buy natural supplements?

Amazon is one of the biggest companies where you can find everything. It is not an exception that natural supplements find the right place between other items. What I like about Amazon is that people leave feedback. You can ask, and real customers will answer about their experience.

iHerbs is a company that offers plenty of options.

Mountain Rose Herbs (www.mountainroseherbs.com) is a company in Oregon that has many organic products of high quality.

True Hope company has the best products for mental health.

RnaReset ( www.rnareset.com) sells products that balance, restore, replenish, and provide vitality for the body to perfection.

Noni Fruit Leather ( www.real-noni.com) is raw and preserved in a low-temperature product. You can read about Noni fruit here.

Conclusion

These websites, as mentioned above, are places where you can find products and answers to any questions about your well-being. Your time and money will be saved if you use the best products from well-known, trusted sellers.

If you have any questions, please comment below. I would be glad to answer.

Best Magnesium Absorption

October 19, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Best magnesium absorption happens when magnesium goes straight to cells. What goes directly to cells? What does not have a laxative effect? What gives the body all the benefits of magnesium? The answer is ReMag.

What is ReMag?

ReMag is a pico-ionic, stabilized magnesium solution. The absorption to cells is 100 percent. How do I know it?

When I first read about ReMag and felt the benefits of taking this magnesium supplement, I felt a growing curiosity about the ability to reach cells directly.

How does it happen?

ReMag Magnesium supplement consists of ions. These stabilized ions do not make clusters. They reach one by one cells entering membranes. Gateways to cells are 400-500 picometers in size.

Best Magnesium Absorption

ReMag magnesium ions are 86 picometers in size. Do you see how it is easy to reach cells? When you take a sip of water enriched with ReMag, your cells in the mouth receive magnesium. Instantly.

ReMag magnesium ions are small and do not form clusters as other magnesium supplements do. ReMag goes straight to cells and does not provide laxative effects.

Does it sound unbelievable? Yes, it was something like from fairy-tale where good things happen, and the future is bright and promising.

The word from the manufacturer

I asked about this complete absorption of ReMag. The customer service answered the manufacturer about magnesium particle size and methods to detect it.

Here you can read the full answer:

The detection of the presence of magnesium is done using an ICP-OES spectrometer. This tells us that there is indeed magnesium in the product and also quantifies this for us, so we know how much magnesium is present. The ICP-OES machine does not tell us the particle size.

Aveka Labs used a Malvern PCS Dynamic Light Scattering Instrument in an attempt to find particles in ReMag. The PCS analyzed samples for particles in the 1nm to 1000 nm (0.001-1 micron) size range. No particles were detected in this size range, which means that ReMag has particles that are smaller than 0.001 microns.

ReMag is a monoatomic ionic solution. There really is no direct way to measure the ionic size (or ionic radius). This is actually determined indirectly by measuring the bond length. Ionic radii are difficult to measure with any degree of certainty, and vary according to the environment of the ion, and also several other factors. The distance between two ions in an ionic crystal structure can be determined by X-ray crystallography, which gives the lengths of the sides of the unit cell of a crystal. The ionic radius is not a fixed property of a given ion but varies with coordination number, spin state, and many other parameters. As such it is extremely difficult to determine the actual size of ReMag particles. We know for sure that they are smaller than 0.001 microns. With the use of X-ray crystallography, we calculate/estimate ReMag particles are approximately 70-86 picometer in size.

Why does ReMag absorb at the best in the body?

ReMag goes straight to cells. It does not go through the entire intestine. Most of the absorption happens in the small intestine for casual magnesium supplements. When there is too much magnesium, it is removed with waste. Most of the ReMag is absorbed in the mouth, esophagus, stomach, and later on in the small intestine.

It is not easy to grasp this fact about 100 percent absorption at the cellular level. Fortunately, it is a scientific fact. Many customers feel the immediate effects of total ReMag intake.

ReMag does not care about:

  •    Intestine condition. A leaky gut absorbs less magnesium.
  •  Protein transport molecules
  •    Parathyroid hormone

ReMag magnesium ions go straight to cells saving energy. They do not need any help from the body. ReMag reaches cells directly.

Other magnesium supplements, such as magnesium oxide or magnesium citrate, go to the stomach and are separated and divided into parts. For example, magnesium citrate consists of magnesium and citric acid.

These components split in the stomach. Later on, magnesium travels to the intestine, where the small intestine is absorbed into the bloodstream.

Usually, magnesium must be bound to a carrier protein and travel through the intestinal lining.

With ReMag body feels at ease because there is no fussing around. ReMag magnesium ions go straight to cells without protein carriers.

Time and energy saved. The body instantly gets what it needs. The effect is immediate and astounding.

How about the rest of the supplements?

According to Dr.Carolyn Dean, the author of The Magnesium Miracle, only about one-half of the magnesium in food and water is absorbed; the rest is eliminated in the stool or urine. Besides, we do not get enough magnesium with food.

Why? The soil was depleted. Nobody gives the earth back nutrients that plants and water take. Most of the minerals were stripped. It takes many years for the ground to get back to its previous state. Unfortunately, the constant farming and chemicals do not add beneficial nutrients to our table.

We lack minerals. Magnesium supplements do not reach cells directly as the ReMag does.

These supplements go through the digestive system, are split in the stomach, and are carried with protein molecules. Unfortunately, magnesium supplements are not absorbed fully. Some of them create a strong laxative effect.

Magnesium oxide is famous for its absorption at the four percent level.

Conclusion

The best magnesium absorption from ReMag provides all the benefits to the body. The instant effect when magnesium ions reach body cells is a fascinating sense.

ReMag supplement was created by Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D. It is the best active magnesium solution.  It is a pure, 100 percent absorbable, pico-ionic stabilized magnesium without side effects.

It is safe and free of chemicals. It is 100 percent magnesium, nothing more, and has no laxative effects. Why are you waiting for?

Treating Osteoporosis Without Drugs

October 9, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Treating osteoporosis without drugs is a real thing. Osteoporosis is a scary condition. However, there are ways to handle osteoporosis without chemicals.

What is osteoporosis?

What will cheer you up, that bones created to last all lifetime? It is excellent, is not? You would ask why so many cases of osteoporosis.

Why are so many people afraid that when they are older, their bones will break up? How much truth is in it?

Treating Osteoporosis Without Drugs

Osteoporosis is a condition when bones start to weaken. The risk of broken bones increases with age, especially when people do not take preventative measures.

How can osteoporosis develop?

The balance of calcium and magnesium is essential to keep bones in good shape. Usually, individuals take more calcium compared with magnesium. Without sufficient magnesium, the calcium would make bones brittle and without elasticity. Bones without magnesium are prone to break down.

Besides, the body needs about seventeen nutrients to keep bones healthy. Magnesium is the most important one.

Doctors warn that if magnesium is deficient, the calcium can travel to soft tissues, depositing in joints and kidneys. Do you see how it is easy to get arthritis and kidney stones? A simple recipe for problems: minimum of magnesium and maximum of calcium.

How does magnesium prevent osteoporosis?

Magnesium plays many roles in the body’s metabolism. The magnesium safeguarding calcium from overloading cells is one vital task for magnesium. Without magnesium, calcium overrides cells, excites them, and causes death; without magnesium, calcium deposits in soft tissues. The calcification occurs.

There are more good deeds from magnesium regarding osteoporosis prevention:

  • Magnesium stimulates the hormone calcitonin. This particular hormone draws calcium from soft tissues back to bones. Calcitonin prevents kidney stones and some types of arthritis. Hormone calcitonin preserves the structure of bone.
  • Magnesium suppresses the parathyroid hormone. This hormone likes to break down bones. Magnesium does not let it harm bones crushing it.
  • Magnesium turns vitamin D into an active form. In this way, active vitamin D can help absorb calcium.
  • Magnesium is a co-factor in the activation of the enzyme, which helps form a new bone.
  • Magnesium, together with vitamin K2, helps direct calcium to the bones.
  • Magnesium participates in calcium transportation.

Do you see how everything is connected in the body? Minerals and vitamins are vital parts of the body’s mechanism. It is more complicated, but you can get a picture that when one mineral is missing, many reactions and systems suffer.

What does affect bone health?

According to Dr. Caroly Dean, the author of The Magnesium Miracle, the low amounts of

magnesium, boron, folic acid, and vitamins B6, B12, K2, D prompt osteoporosis.

The overdosing of protein, table salt, alcohol, and caffeine has a negative impact on bone health.

The sedentary lifestyle and Western diets such as processed food and soda drinks create a perfect environment for the development of osteoporosis.

How to keep bones well?

The magnesium helps to keep bones in good shape, helping calcium to stay where it belongs: in bones.

The study in the Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry shows that.

magnesium deficiency occurs frequently and leads to loss of bone mass, abnormal bone growth, and skeletal weakness.

Researchers found out that magnesium inhibits the activity of osteoclasts. Another study showed that  65 percent of women who got magnesium lactate daily for two years were free of pain and did not have further degeneration of spinal vertebrae.

Sixty percent of bone consists of minerals, mostly of calcium and phosphate, along with magnesium, water, collagen, and an organic matrix of protein.

Bones are a unity of various ingredients that depend on each other.

A rich diet with minerals, vitamins, fatty amino acids, and proteins, exercise, and absorbable nutrients will keep our bones in shape.

Conclusion

Treating osteoporosis without drugs is not a high-end science. Providing the body with nutrients and exercising will help to keep you in excellent physical and mental shape.

Vitamin D and Magnesium Correlation

October 1, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

The vitamin D and magnesium correlation is enormous and requires more attention. Why? Vitamin D needs magnesium to convert it into an active form. Magnesium is vital in the eight steps of vitamin D metabolism. Isn’t it fascinating? It seems that magnesium is crucial for almost all actions in our bodies.

The importance of vitamin D

  • A moderate amount of vitamin D increases the risk of mortality.
  • Vitamin D activates the innate and suppresses the adaptive immune systems.
  • Low amounts of vitamin D can be a risk for tuberculosis.
  • Vitamin D may lower the possibility of pre-eclampsia for pregnant women
  • Osteomalacia and rickets can occur when vitamin D is deficient.

Can it be too much vitamin D?

Vitamin D and Magnesium Correlation

Yes, vitamin D used in excess can be harmful. Vitamin D tends to take calcium from the diet. Vitamin D does not let it go. Here the accumulation of calcium occurs, and what do you think? Without adequate magnesium, calcification occurs. Soft tissues and blood vessels will be covered with calcium. Besides that, the magnesium will be forced out of the body.

Vitamin D is a hormone

To know that is strange, especially to those who did not like chemistry and biology in class. Hormone levels are regulated by checking each other regarding lack or abundance. For example, vitamin D takes calcium from the diet and puts it in the bloodstream. If there is enough calcium, vitamin D levels will go down because the body does not need more calcium. It is a regulatory mechanism in the body.

Unfortunately, when we take superficial vitamin D, not this which happens from the sun, the amounts could be too significant. People experience adverse reactions such as seizures, kidney stones, angina, palpitations, prolonged migraines, and anxiety without sufficient magnesium.

Individuals who want to take high amounts of vitamin D must be efficient in magnesium. Without magnesium, vitamin D does not work for our benefit and creates problems.

Conclusion

Vitamin D and magnesium correlation is a fact that must be considered. Overdosing vitamin D and not taking enough magnesium, we would have problems such as heart palpitations, pain in the lower back and knees, anger, angina, and more.

Do you take vitamin D without magnesium? Do you feel good? It would be great to hear your thoughts. Please leave a comment below.

Differences Between Magnesium Supplements

August 23, 2017 By Nemira 4 Comments

Differences Between Magnesium Supplements

Differences between magnesium supplements are enormous. I experienced it myself when I did not take ReMag with me traveling overseas. I use ReMag regularly because the benefits are immense. I am healthy, but I have become robust. No cramps, no feeling that I have a heart. Previously, I did not pay much attention to supplements. However, the busy environment influences human beings. The stress,  air pollution, and the lack of minerals in the food throw the body off balance.

Magnesium supplements differ because of bioavailability. Some supplements, such as magnesium oxide, absorb at the four percent range, and some of them, like ReMag, absorb at the 100 percent range.

ReMag is the best magnesium supplement

You would tell me that I want to promote ReMag. Yes, I want to do it because I experienced a big difference between magnesium supplements. I mentioned that I did not have ReMag overseas. I guess that my body was used to this type of  100 percent absorbable magnesium, and after taking magnesium citrate, I felt miserable. I heard about laxative effects, but previously, magnesium citrate worked. Unfortunately, now is a different case.

  • First, I wouldn’t say I like the taste of magnesium citrate. It does not dissolve well in the water. Uh.
  • Second, visits to the places where kings go were unpleasant.

You could tell that I could be without magnesium the whole time. I thought in the same way. I was wrong. One night I woke up and experienced cramps in my leg. They were so high that I could not get rid of them. What can I do? I went to the pharmacy and bought magnesium citrate, 400 mg in one package.

It was funny and confusing at the same time. I got magnesium, but I got side effects. It seems that side effects could be from drugs and supplements.

Why is ReMag the best supplement?

  • First, ReMag has a pleasant taste. I could compare it with San Pellegrino mineral water. I can sip it all day. I added a little bit of Celtic Sea Salt to my water bottle.
  • Second, ReMag absorbs at 100 percent and the cellular level. You can read about it here. There is no additional waste because ReMag consists only of stabilized magnesium ions. Usually, ions tend to cluster into big complexes. ReMag is different. This liquid magnesium mineral formula is made using proprietary technology, which does not let magnesium ions stick together.

Can you imagine when minerals go straight to cells? You feel the effects immediately.

Differences Between Magnesium Supplements

I felt a few effects from a different magnesium supplement in my case. Magnesium citrate worked as a laxative and supportive for my body. Yes, it was proved again and again the old truth that when you experience something perfect, you do not want to let it go.

I decided that I would pour ReMag into smaller bottles and bring them with me anywhere I go. We all learn from experience. My encounter with other magnesium supplements after ReMag was a tricky one.

I was relieved of cramps, but I got side effects. Of course, it is better compared to nothing, but when I know that there are alternatives to magnesium supplements, I will return to the ReMag as soon as possible.

You would ask why I did not try other magnesium supplements. According to Dr. Carolyn Dean M.D., N.D.’s book The Magnesium Miracle, the absorption of magnesium supplements varies from four to fifty percent. Magnesium citrate is a supplement that seems to have less of side effects. However, bodies are different. Mine likes ReMag.

Conclusion

Differences between magnesium supplements are enormous. Side effects are unpleasant.ReMag is the best magnesium supplement because it is absorbed 100 percent and at the cellular level. It does not have any laxative effect. If you know what works better, please let me know. You can read more about ReMag benefits here.

Best Magnesium for Weight Loss

August 19, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

The best magnesium for weight loss is ReMag, a pico-ionic stabilized mineral formula. ReMag is absorbed at the cellular level and 100 percent. The rest of the magnesium supplements’ bioavailability is from four to 50 percent.

Best Magnesium for Weight Loss

ReMag consists of stabilized magnesium ions. These particles are of diminutive size. It means that magnesium in ReMag is the same size as magnesium in the periodic table. I found it fascinating because you can not see cells and minerals at the scale of the atom. It is something special. Fortunately, it is a real thing. This supplement exists, and it can improve everybody’s well-being; at the same time, ReMag will effectively aid in weight loss.

What does magnesium do for weight loss?

Magnesium and vitamin B complex participates in the activation of enzymes. These enzymes deal with digestion, absorption, and utilization of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. Imagine if you lack magnesium. It means that food will not be adequately digested.  All materials do not reach your organs and tissues. Various metabolic products lead to anxiety, hypoglycemia, and obesity.

Magnesium and insulin correlation

You know that the correct insulin behavior ensures glucose’s ability to reach cells.

Glucose provides energy for cells. Magnesium is vital for insulin to open cell membranes for glucose. Insulin accompanies glucose to cells. Here, glucose participates in the production of energy. If magnesium is deficient, amounts of insulin and glucose become elevated. What does it mean? It leads to horrible consequences: the excess glucose stored as FAT. Uh! High doses of insulin lead to diabetes. Who needs it?

It seems that magnesium is so essential but straightforward mineral. Taking 100 percent and at the cellular level ReMag, you can improve your well-being immensely.

Magnesium and genes

I guess that you know about the obesity gene. Experiments with animals show that mice with obesity genes become fat when vitamin B is lacking in their diet.  When the diet is full of the vitamin B complex, the mice stay thin. Would you ask if the correlation is with magnesium? Magnesium participates in the methylation process when vitamin B is metabolized. You see that magnesium is vital in everybody’s lives. Metabolism requires vitamins and minerals; we ignore it.

No magnesium, no shape

I think it is effortless to take magnesium and enjoy its benefits. However, a minority of people know about it. Besides it, when natural health practitioners tell us how to change our lifestyle and get the proper nutrition, few of us follow instructions. Everything adds together: magnesium deficiency, the lack of will, and the absence of desire to know about our precious bodies.

Best Magnesium for Weight Loss

You would say, so what, who cares? I care, and many of us overlook it. Obese people suffer from a lack of self-esteem. They have plenty of disorders, such as diabetes and hypertension. I do not talk about the inconvenience of finding beautiful clothes and moving around in tiny places. How will you run from intruders or some crazy dogs? Obese people do not step; they barely walk.

I do not tell you that ReMag will solve all your problems because obesity is a complex of various circumstances. You can use ReMag, but if you do not move and you regularly eat junk food, your weight miraculously will not drop down.

Bye, bye chocolate

Best Magnesium for Weight Loss

One thing that I know is that ReMag removes the urge for sweets. I talk from my experience. I was a big proponent of chocolate. When I was a child, I ate a few pounds of dark truffles. They were delicious, yum, yum. I remember when I looked at my arms, which were with brown spots. Now I understand that my liver was rebellious. After these few decades, I was enjoying dark chocolate day after day. Dove, Hershey, Trader Joe’s Belgium dark chocolate was consumed with great joy and contentment.

I started ReMag a few months ago. After a few weeks, I decided to check how I would do without chocolate. Two weeks were easy for me because I knew that I could buy chocolate anytime. It was strange that the urge to enjoy a few pieces of dark chocolate disappeared somewhere.

Two weeks were gone. I was so proud of my achievement that I decided to celebrate. I bought half a pound of Trader Joe’s chocolate. Can you imagine that the taste was different? I could not understand why I was craving just dark chocolate, not sweets.

After reading Dr. Carolyn Dean’s book The Magnesium Miracle, the truth came out. It seems that my cravings were from magnesium deficiency. How do you explain that I ate dark chocolate all my life and had plenty of pleasure from it, but after ReMag, my cravings stopped? Just like that. No more.

Let’s wrap up

  • Magnesium participates in digestion, absorption, and utilization.
  • Magnesium is a part of insulin, opening cell membranes for glucose to enter in.
  • Magnesium is essential in the methylation process when vitamin B is metabolized. The deficiency of vitamin B leads to obesity.

Let’s take the best magnesium supplement, ReMag, stabilized, absorbable at the cellular level, and 100 percent liquid formula.

You can read more about ReMag benefits here.

If you have some questions or comments, please leave them below. I would be glad to answer.

The Best Magnesium Supplement Absorption

August 9, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Top Magnesium Supplements

The Best magnesium supplement absorption is from Dr. Carolyn Dean’s ReMag. ReMag is a pico-ionic liquid, absorbable at the cellular level at 100 percent magnesium formula. Proprietary technology ensures that magnesium ions are tiny, stabilized, and absorbable at the cellular level.

What does it mean?

Other magnesium formulas are partially absorbable. For example, magnesium oxide is absorbable at 4 percent. You would ask how it can be. Supplement magnesium oxide consists of two parts: magnesium and oxide. This particular magnesium is not bioavailable to be absorbed completely. The body gets some magnesium, but the rest stays in the digestive system and acts as a laxative.

I wonder if I could calm down and relax because magnesium is famous for these traits. Why do I need to be stressed and look for a place where kings go? If not clear, if it is a restroom around.

Why does it happen?

The magnesium in supplements is in chunks without unique technologies because particles tend to stick together. Our body needs to split it into ions using stomach acid. Later, magnesium gets attached to carriers’ proteins and transported to bones and various tissues via the bloodstream.

For example, magnesium citrate consists of magnesium and citric acid. This supplement must go through the digestive process and, just later, after splitting up, reaches cells via the bloodstream. Previously, I used magnesium citrate, and it worked like a charm. However, when ReMag is around and is only magnesium without additional compounds, it is the most exceptional choice as the best magnesium supplement absorption for me.

ReMag ions are stabilized. It means that they travel alone thanks to unique manufacturing technology. Magnesium ions in the ReMag formula are tiny in size. It is the same size as the periodic table. It is not easy to imagine this size. However, the manufacturer explained the methods of ReMag size detection. You can read more about it here.

Benefits of ReMag

The best magnesium absorption

ReMag is 100 percent absorbable. It lets him stand out from other supplements. Magnesium improves many conditions, such as

  • Insomnia
  • Charley horses
  • Muscle twitching
  • Low back pain
  • Heart palpitations
  • Neck pain
  • Migraines
  • Calcium build-up
  • Preeclampsia
  • Obesity
  • Asthma
  • Thyroid problems

Magnesium acts as a cofactor, helping enzymes manage the body’s metabolism. Energy production and transportation depend on magnesium. Magnesium aids in smooth nerve signal transmission. There are more magnesium benefits that you can find in Dr. Carolyn Dean M.D., N.D.’s book The Magnesium Miracle.

Plenty of individuals are sensitive to magnesium supplements. Magnesium supplements have side effects such as the laxative effect. Some have mild effects, and some accessories, especially given big doses, can keep you in the restroom for a while. Not so much fun, yes? Especially when you lose plenty of minerals and have an unpleasant time in the bathroom.

Conclusion

ReMag magnesium supplement is a unique liquid formula on the market. ReMag Magnesium ions go straight to the cell and are absorbable at 100 percent. There are no laxative effects. You take water, add it to a smoothie, or spray it on the skin. ReMag immediately reaches your body because cells are everywhere. This pure, organic, without heavy metals and 100 percent magnesium formula ReMag gives the best benefits and satisfaction. You can read more about ReMag here.

Magnesium for Periods

August 7, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Magnesium for periods

Magnesium works efficiently for periods. ReMag is the best magnesium supplement absorbed at the cellular level and 100 percent. Periods are mild conditions that start and finish for every girl and woman. However, for some of us, it can be an absolute nightmare.

How does magnesium help at the time of periods?

Magnesium relaxes muscles. It means that sufficient magnesium prevents cramps and blood vessel constrictions.

When progesterone and estrogen levels are high, magnesium is depleted. Consequences, such as cerebral vessel spasms and insufficient cerebral blood flow, can be unpleasant. It can lead to migraines and the possibility of having a stroke.

Women use calcium, which could act as a painkiller and relaxing component, but the excess calcium can deplete magnesium. If you take magnesium before periods, it could help relieve painful periods.

Magnesium controls how much calcium goes into the cell. Without magnesium, calcium can flood tissues. Various calcifications occur in soft tissues and on walls of arteries and vessels, thanks to an excess of calcium.

Correlation between magnesium and calcium

Magnesium relaxes muscles; calcium contracts them. During periods, women have plenty of cramps and pain. Some of them have more unpleasant conditions, such as migraines, back pain, and headaches; some do not feel problems.

Thanks to sufficient magnesium, muscle relaxation makes the period smoother and less problematic. The period is less painful when calcium contracts muscles and magnesium relaxes them. We do not feel tension or headaches; these symptoms are less bothering.

The influence of hormones

Dr. Carolyn Dean, the creator of the magnesium supplement ReMag, says that studies show that the female sex hormones estrogen and progesterone influence magnesium levels. When women have deficient magnesium, periods become difficult to bear.

The importance of diet

Magnesium-rich food helps women feel easier, without tension. Elimination of sugar, alcohol, and meat and eating less dairy reduce symptoms of PMS and periods.

Magnesium for periods

If women take supplements and magnesium for periods, the body gets vital nutrients for the proper functioning of all organs, not just the reproductive system.

ReMag, magnesium citrate, vitamin B complex, vitamin E, essential fatty acids, calcium citrate, and milk thistle help reduce or remove painful symptoms of periods and PMS.
