Top 10 Ways To Relieve Stress

April 7, 2018 By Nemira Leave a Comment

You will read the top 10 ways to relieve stress in this blog because, nowadays, pressure is why people are tired, irritated, and unhappy. The children are the exception. They know how to enjoy life until somebody spoils and interrupts them without worries.

The stress is suitable for a short time. If stressful situations repeat time after time, we cannot recover from constant tension.

Top 10 Ways To Relieve Stress

Fortunately,  there are many ways to correct our views toward stress and reduce the consequences, which are disturbed sleep, nervousness, tiredness,  and fear.

At the time of stress, the body produces cortisol which harms cells if the stress lasts long enough. Exercise, mindfulness, positive evaluation of events, breathing techniques, or good nutrition will help to deal with stressful situations and outcomes from that.

Why do we worry?

When we understand the reason for problems, we can take action. If we can not change the situation, we do not need to worry. We can adjust our view of the problem. For example,  if the rain does not stop during vacation, we plan activities inside the house or hotel. We can go to concerts, meet old friends, and visit new cities instead of complaining about the sunny beach.

Sometimes we are afraid to open letter letters because we expect bad news. Always is healthier to know what is going on compared with uncertain worries.

When we know why we worry, we can take action and care for problems. Sometimes our imagination takes over. A quiet mind is helpful when we want to make the right decisions.

Blaming genes

Ancestors a hundred years ago fought with predators and invaders. They were ready to protect families and the country. Deep inside, we still have this sense of protection. This feeling of security takes over our ordinary thoughts when we do not think and react calmly and transparently.

We must understand that every situation is the solution to problems.

Top 10 Ways To Relieve Stress

We must get a grip, evaluate the situation, and think logically. Of course, if something horrible happens, we must react fast and follow intuition and common sense.

Increase physical activity

Exercises are helpful in various ways. They prepare us to be resilient and healthy. Practices distract us from problems. Our minds can rest. After the break,  we can make the right decisions.

Think about the worst situation

Sometimes we are afraid to face problems. We imagine the worst scenarios and stress out without evaluating situations. When we know that can happen in the most severe case, we can stop, face it and think about how we can find the best escape route from the horrible or unpleasant situation.

Put worries on the sheet of paper

Write down on the piece of paper thoughts about stressful situations, concerns, and fear of uncertainty. This action helps to see problems from a different angle. You distance yourself from issues and leave the burden on the sheet of paper. It is a way to look for solutions to reduce stress by acting like an outsider.

Do not forget to breathe

I remember this phrase from the movie ” Shall we dance?” when  Jennifer Lopez reminded  Richard Gere to breathe before the dance at the ballroom of the dance competition. We can learn how to live from various books, or we must be aware of the importance of living in the right way.

Top 10 Ways To Relieve Stress

We need oxygen for our brains. Without it, we can not think clearly and make the right decisions on how to act in one or another situation.

Make the visualization a part of your daily life

We calm down when we listen to the sounds of rain or ocean waves. We relaxed when we heard songs from birds or our favorite musicians. We must find what we like and use it to improve our quality of life.

We can find a few minutes for the visualization of visualizing a quiet beach or meadow. These pictures will transfer us and will help to reduce worries and stress.

People have different tastes and ways of achieving a state of calmness and contentment. We must find what works for us and use the method of visualization to relieve stress and fear.

Turn off the news on TV

I appreciate the advice from Timothy Ferriss in his famous book ” The 4-Hour Workweek“. The author asks about the latest events when he eats breakfast at the cafeteria or visits the shop. If something extraordinary happened, he would hear about it from the waiter.

When we watch the news on TV, we add a significant portion of stress to our plate of worries. We can not change what happens in the world. We can change ourselves by being the best humans and serving others.

Do not waste time on details

When we see the big picture and do not concentrate on small details, we can escape stressful situations. We know where we are going, and we focus on our goals.

We can divide our day into tasks and finish them one by one. In this way,  we do not have time to worry because our jobs must be done as we schedule them.

The mantra and affirmations

The mantra and affirmations help us focus on and relieve stress and fear. We repeat words or sentences our subconscious mind remembers them. We can pick words that bring calmness and peace to our lives. I like the phrase: ” It will pass.”

The right nutrition

You would think that you know what is good for you to eat. It would be wonderful if people would recognize the role of nutrition in all areas of life. Stress is not an exception.  Plenty of us looks for salvation in the refrigerator on the counter. Coffee and donuts sound tremendous, but blood pressure can increase, and sugar levels can reach critical numbers. I know the golden rule that everything in moderation could help to relieve stress. However, who from us could tell that we know limits? Not me. Fortunately, I know my weak spots. I try to be conscious and avoid making mistakes.

Organic food and clean water can keep our bodies in balance. However, we need to use food supplements. Why? The soil was depleted. Farmers do not mineralize soil giving Earth back what they took from her. Minerals, vitamins, and enzymes are vital to keeping the body balanced and in shape. For example, magnesium is an essential mineral to prevent depression and migraines at bay.

Let’s wrap up

You can manage stress and relieve it using affordable and straightforward ways. These ten ways are:

  • Evaluation of the situation
  • Knowing about the origin of fear
  • Exercising
  • Learning how to breathe properly
  • Writing down problems and looking for solutions
  • Using visualization as a way to positivity positively and relieve tension
  • Avoiding news and negative people, especially before sleep
  • Seeing the big picture without being tangled in little details
  • Contemplating positive affirmations
  • Paying attention to the proper nutrition

What works for you? Do you have any methods for reducing or removing stress from life? I would be glad to hear from you.

How To Increase Brain Activity

April 6, 2018 By Nemira Leave a Comment

How to increase brain activity because the brain is a command center, where decisions are made. Cognitive performance is essential for every stage of life. If we want to increase memory, sharpen focus, and improve learning abilities, we must apply a few techniques.

Exercise

How to increase brain activity

If we want to keep our minds in good shape, we must exercise. According to Ken Weingardt, a Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine professor, exercise is the only evidence-based activity. Exercise helps to improve cognitive abilities.  Some triggers contribute to developing dementia. Heart disease, high blood pressure,  and stroke may occur if people do not engage in physical activities.

The National Institute on Aging made a recent study about exercising. This study shows that actions prompt muscles to release a protein. This protein stimulates the growth of new cells in the hippocampus. The hippocampus plays a significant role in the consolidation of information. This part of the brain controls memory.

Exercise can be different by nature. We are all different and can choose what is best for us. For example, I do not like lift lifting heavy weights. Yoga and walking in the park or ocean give me energy and balance for the body and mind.

Types of exercise

Somebody else will be able to learn or discover new things after heavy exercising at the gym. What works for one can be dull and confusing for another person.

Martial arts are great for the brain because it relaxes and teaches how to concentrate without tension. Overall Eastern practices for the mind, such as Tai-chi or Taekwondo, calm the mind and help beneficially increase brain activity. You learn how to focus and control your emotions. Your brain is active but, at the same time, balanced.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a state of mind when we are aware of our thoughts and feelings. People are conscious and do not react to triggers because they understand what will happen. The increased focus, awareness, and nonjudgmental attitude help to stay in a healthy mental state.

How to increase brain activity

Meditation helps sharpen focus, relax, and expand awareness. People who meditate are disciplined, calm, and thoughtful.

“We have seen higher levels of mindfulness predicting greater job satisfaction, lower levels of fatigue and emotional exhaustion,” said Mahima Saxena, an assistant professor of psychology at Illinois Tech.

When people use the meditation technique, they become calm, concentrated, and aware of their thoughts and feelings.

According to Ken Weingardt, MRI brain scans show the shrinking of the amygdala when people use meditation.  The amygdala is the center of fear in the brain. The prefrontal cortex, responsible for concentration, decision-making,  and attention, grows using meditation practice.

It is not easy to meditate. Meditation requires constant practice. It involves watching thoughts and letting them go. One of my friends told me that he does not want to skip meditation. He saw many things happen to him, leading to success and happiness. When we calm our minds, we can see the world in a different light, as a neutral place.

Our brain works more efficiently because we can differentiate essential things from unnecessary details. Meditation is a standard tool to achieve excellence in thinking and decision-making. Nowadays, people who produce terrific results in the business world are thankful for this life-changing but straightforward method.

Do you meditate? I would be glad to hear your thoughts regarding this subject.

Avoiding multitasking

People think that multitasking increases productivity. However, the number of accomplished tasks can be more significant, but the quality suffers. We can feel tired after doing a few things at once, especially if we need to concentrate on details.

Mechanical tasks are performed smoothly, but tasks requiring attention can suffer for tasks that need to be completed smoothly. Your brain will work better if you choose only one duty at a time, and later on, you will move to the next.

When we try to perform many tasks simultaneously, we scatter energy and attention. You can not be at the same time in a few places. It means that the mission is accomplished, but the results can be weak and short-lived.

The right nutrition

Nutrients are essential for the body’s metabolism. Without minerals, fat, proteins, enzymes, and vitamins, we suffer and experience various consequences. The brain is not an exception. It can suffer from a lack of minerals, vitamins, and enzymes.

The True Hope company is the leader in formulas that change thousands of lives. Here is a powerful video about discoveries and victories.

It excites me that these products can help everybody who lacks nutrients from food and other supplements.

You can be a student or a hard-working professional who has an intense schedule and needs to continuously focus on details that will benefit from these supplements. Everybody who wants to keep the brain active and in shape will feel the enormous difference in well-being. You can read more about these formulas here.

The sleep importance

How to increase brain activity

You would think that sleep is a waste of time. Unfortunately, sleep is vitally essential for the whole body. During sleep time, the body rejuvenates itself. Without sufficient rest, we will be exhausted and tired. The brain, during sleep time, works in a different regime. Different waves are registered when people sleep.

Conclusion

To increase brain activity and keep it in good shape, we can follow some simple techniques. We will have a correctly functioning organ by giving the brain what it needs.

  • Exercise helps the hippocampus consolidate information.
  • The right proper nutrition for the brain will support and help it function efficiently.
  • Sleep will help rejuvenate, strengthen, and replenish the brain, preparing it to be active and valid for the next day.
  • Meditation helps find balance and calmness. The usage of reflection helps shrink the amygdala, the center of fear in the brain. It leads to better concentration and critical decision-making.

We will increase brain activity using these simple methods. Taking good care of the brain will benefit the whole body. The command center will serve us as long we are attentive and supportive as owners of the precious entities.

How To Feel Good At Any Time

April 4, 2018 By Nemira Leave a Comment

How to feel good at any time? Do you know that exercising takes just a few minutes, and your well-being improves remarkably?  There are countless magazines, ads on TV, scientific research, fitness clubs, and support groups to message you about improving your body, losing weight, calming your mind, and feeling good. This advice is so varied that your head can spin from enormous information.

For well-being, you need to have a natural,  good sleep, eat full of nutrients and food in small portions, and exercise.  You get up from the table, feeling a little hungry. This sense will pass because food in your stomach will signal to the brain that it is here and start to digest.

Mandatory to exercise

Exercise is compulsory for everybody because the more we are busy, the more our bodies need to be flexible and ready for more significant challenges—there are so many concepts on improving yourself. For example,  Katsuzo Nishi offered a program that lets people in bed move as much as possible. There are exercise professionals in clubs who help people choose the best way to stay healthy.

Of course, there is a way to be flexible. Yoga is an ancient complex of exercises that strengthens the body and calms the mind. These exercises are simple for everybody to use. You do not need specialized equipment. In the beginning, the excellent instructor could help with proper asanas. Later on, you can do yoga at home on the mat.

You do not need to sweat in the fitness club; you can combine your passion or social activity with the physical challenge for yourself. Of course, if you have some health problems, it is mandatory to consult your doctor.

Types of physical activities

There are physical activities such as

  •  Walking in the park, by the lake, or on the sidewalk.
  •   Swimming, Pilates, aerobic exercises, yoga
  • Martial arts, deep breathing, exercising with a weight
  • Working in your garden, climbing to mountains, and water sports activities such as snorkeling, water aerobics, triathlon, and canoeing.

Just starting with little things, such as walking, you can see real progress. Our bodies are created to move, not to sit on coaches. I see many people who choose to be active despite their weight. They walk, roller-skate, swim.

Trampolines are an excellent way to move and be physically active. The trampoline is beneficial because you do not hurt your joints. When you run, the pressure from the road can affect your bones. On the trampoline, the impact is minimal because you continuously bounce back and forth.

Benefits of activities

Activities are in our genes. Our predecessors would disappear from the surface of Earth if they did not use their bodies for their excellence. It is advisable to start with short exercises, like a few minutes, every day. Later is easy to move forward with more significant tasks. Having a circle of friends helps, too, because it can be a shame to skip one day. There is accountability also to yourself and your friends.

Exercise will change your life. You will feel energized and happy because hormones of happiness such as serotonin and endorphins are released when doing physical activities, making us feel good.

Do you have the experience of how physical activity changed your life? I would be happy to hear from you. Let’s be active in our lives; it does not matter where you live or how old or young you are. Everything is good in moderation as long as you feel good.

Working on your thoughts

Attitude can create hell or a haven around you. Your reaction to events can be different. You can watch what is going on from the outside without emotional attachment or react and lose control over yourself.

Thoughts create reality. You attract what you think, what is right; we can always choose our thoughts. We are masters, not somebody else.

There are plenty of techniques to cultivate mindfulness and the quality of thoughts. Simple meditation can turn your life upside down. You will see after some time that you do not react to various triggers. You can make decisions without emotional involvement.

In this way, you will feel right at any time because you disconnect yourself from the turmoils of life. You are the master of your body and thoughts. You decide how to react.

The right nutrition

People who get all vital nutrients have bodies ready to serve them excellently. Without minerals, vitamins, proteins, and fats, we cannot function entirely.

We do not get enough nutrients from food. Why? The soil is depleted by constant usage. Nobody gives the Earth back what was taken from her. Plants do not get enough minerals from the ground. Animals who graze grass lack nutrients, too. It is a vicious circle.

Our ancestors got more minerals compared to us. We need to take additional supplements to keep the body’s metabolism without problems.

For example, magnesium participates in 700-800 enzyme reactions. Can you imagine what happens when the body is deficient in magnesium? There are over sixty-five conditions that can be improved with the help of magnesium. Of course, there are plenty of other vital minerals. However, magnesium plays a significant role.

Depression, fatigue, and stress can disappear after taking magnesium supplements.

Our bodies are alive and continually evolving. Cells replicate, vanish, and are born new. Nutrients help the body serve us in the best way without losing energy.

There are plenty of diets that offer various options. However, the body needs to get the full array of nutrients. We cannot live only on rice and apples if we want to lose weight.

All diets require skipping some of the nutrients. Sooner or later, our bodies can rebel. Only the right balance of minerals, vitamins, proteins, fats, and enzymes can keep the body in shape.

We will feel right at any time when the body and mind will have full support from nutrition, activity, and proper exercises. We will be healthy, happy, and content.

Let’s wrap up

You can feel right at any time when your mind and body are balanced and work synergistically. Exercise and vital nutrients will take care of your body. You do not need to force yourself to achieve remarkable results. However, you will feel good when the body is relaxed, strengthened, and full of energy. People are different and unique. You will notice what works for you and what does not bring results. The right attitude will keep you in shape during the ups and downs of your life. You can find happiness and goodness in the little things without being sorry for yourself.

How about you? How do you achieve balance in your life? What makes you feel good? I would be glad to hear from you.

How To Exercise And Lose Belly

December 22, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

How To Exercise And Lose Belly

How to exercise and lose belly? Big bellies cause trouble buying clothes, choosing a seat, or making an impression at a job interview. Unless you are Santa Claus, a big belly could be smaller or disappear after some changes in your lifestyle.

Nutritious food, the right lifestyle, good mental attitude, and exercises may help lose belly fat that is not healthy and does not look nice.

Nutrition

Wholesome food contains vital nutrients, provides energy and does not push to check refrigerators at night. Processed food and sweets deplete minerals such as magnesium and do not offer building blocks for tissues and organs. Empty calories deposited around the abdomen created a nice cushion but pressed inner organs such as the stomach, liver, intestine, and kidneys.

You hear again and again that vegetables and grains provide fibers, vitamins, and enzymes. However, you are not a rabbit. Nobody can survive on greens for a longer time.

How To Exercise And Lose Belly

Choosing organic meat, organic eggs, and wild fish such as sockeye salmon, nuts, whole grains, and seeds would fulfill and bring all nutrients. We do not need to stuff ourselves again and again. The body gets everything that it needs and does not starve.

Exercise

It does not matter how are you old or young; you can adjust yoga to your needs. There are plenty of types of yoga. However, doing simple activities such as Greeting of Sun will bring results to your belly. When you exercise, your mood improves. You socialize, and you meet new people. You have fun doing these asanas. The dog pose will push you to the next level of understanding about your body. There is plenty of laughter and pride after achieving results.

You do not need to force yourself to lose belly for a couple of weeks. It takes time. After a few months, you will see progress by continually exercising and eating nutritious food.

How To Exercise And Lose Belly

Weight lifting can be added later because you need to be flexible enough and have energy. Yoga is the best type of exercise because you can do it anytime and anywhere. Yoga stabilizes, strengthens, and takes the stress away. The belly will get smaller, your muscles become stronger, and your posture will improve.

Lifestyle changes

You know about the harm of smoking, heavy drinking, and a sedentary lifestyle. Nobody looks good with a red nose and yellow teeth. Actors in movies seem reasonable, but the reality is different. Changing habits is not easy. It takes time, perseverance, and patience. However, the payment is worth trying because you will not buy your health somewhere. You need to take care of yourself.

It does not matter where you are now. It is essential that you make decisions and keep steady on them.

Stress and a big belly

Doctor Oz mentioned that stress has a significant impact on the size of the belly. Why? Most of us try to find comfort in food and watching plenty of TV. There is nothing wrong with good food or television programs, but people usually do not have limits. It leads to overweight and low self-esteem.

Conclusion

Exercise is one of the ways to take your life back on track. The movement refreshes and gives strength. The constant involvement in activities such as walking or running outside and volunteering would keep stress away because we have a purpose, such as helping ourselves and others.

Ways Protect the Immune System

December 10, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Ways to protect the immune system are simple and manageable for everybody. An immune system is the body’s lifeguard and warrior. Without immune cells, we would disappear into the ocean of bacteria and viruses. They would eat us alive. Scary, yes, it is. Worse is then the immune system turns against the body’s cells.

Let’s check ways how to protect the immune system.

Nutritious diet

Foods rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and good fats such as omega-3 fatty acids, fibers, and proteins keep the body vibrant and healthy. The immune system does not have reasons to act in harmful ways.

A diet without chemicals does not provoke inflammation. A proper diet holds the body in shape and provides all nutrients for the best performance.

Dietary supplements enrich the diet with minerals and vitamins because not everybody can grow food, buy everything organic, and get the required nutrients.

Dietary supplements such as Dr. Carolyn Dean’s Total Body ReSet bundle provide potent and absorbable nutrients.

Activity

Ways Protect Immune System

Activities like exercise, walking, and choosing stairs instead of elevators keep us flexible and youthful. Moving means living. You do not need to force yourself to sweat in the gym if you do not want to do it. Simple asanas on a yoga mat would keep you in a good mood and full of energy.

Working in the garden, walking in the park or a safe, clean space, and volunteering for shelters give the body a chance to stretch and stay flexible.

Cultivating mind

Thoughts create reality. We can not escape bad things if something happens, but we can change our attitude. You can not think of a few ideas at once. Peacefully evolving negative thoughts with positivity would bring balance. We must watch our minds as strangers watch the crowd moving to the side. Without constant supervision, reasons can be like ships without captains.

We can practice reducing stress by meditating, contemplating, or performing yoga or tai-chi. Everything that calms us works to our benefit. In this way, the immune system does not need to complete additional work when something happens. We help the whole body with the right choices and actions.

Dietary supplements such as astragalus and immune-enhancing mushrooms can support the immune system.

How do you protect your immune system? I would be glad to hear from you.

Ways to Prevent Colon Cancer

September 30, 2017 By Nemira 2 Comments

Ways that prevent colon cancer are straightforward to incorporate into our busy lives. It takes time, perseverance, and constant understanding that health is the most critical asset. Previously, people did not have so many problems because their lifestyle was different.

Sedentary lifestyle

Ways Prevent Colon Cancer

Did you think about how long we sit by the table, at offices, or lay on the couch? We do not move at all. People suffer from various problems because the body does not perform the primary function: moving. The action is the expression of life. Look at the children. They always do something. Most of the children are in great shape until we do not harm them with junk food and various restrictions.

The right lifestyle prevents many problems, such as colon cancer. Eating nutritious food, exercising, moving constantly, and avoiding harmful habits like smoking or alcohol consumption may help keep the colon in shape.

Importance of movement

Why is movement so important? When we move, our muscles work. They contract and relax. The blood flows freely around, bringing various nutrients to organs, tissues, and muscles.

When we sit too long, we stretch some muscles, and other muscles stay a too short longer time. Muscles must be used even without overworking.

Sitting too long, we do not let our bowels perform the primary functions well. These functions are to absorb food and remove waste. When we sit, muscles do not work. There is not too much ability to move the debris towards the end.  People who are obese sit on the back end and do not help to function bowels well.

Imagine if you are pressed with 200 pounds of weight. How would you get from this pressure? You can make noises or scratch if you are a cat or dog. However, our intestine is prepared from tissues that can be weakened if we do not move and exercise.

Researchers recommend exercising at least 30 minutes a day and sit less.

People can benefit from standing desks, which can be used for office jobs or working at home with computers.

Dr.Edward Giovannucci points out that colorectal cancer could be highly preventable if people follow a healthy lifestyle and a healthy diet.

What does it mean a healthy lifestyle?

A healthy lifestyle is

  • Controlled body weight
  • Physical activity
  • A Healthy Diet
  • Avoidance of nasty habits such as consumption of alcohol and smoking

Recommendations from researchers

Ways Prevent Colon Cancer

Dr. Edward Giovannucci, a professor of nutrition and epidemiology at the Harvard School of Public Health, emphasizes a healthy diet. This diet must consist of

  •  High-fiber whole grains
  • Fruits and vegetables
  • Less highly processed grains and starchy foods
  • Red meat no more as 500 grams of cooked weight a week

Researchers pointed out that fish, foods containing vitamin C, vitamin D, and multivitamin supplements may help lower the risk of colon cancer.

Dr.Darrell Gray, an assistant professor of gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition at Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Centre, emphasizes the importance of diet and the amount of exercise. He agrees that people need to focus on food and a healthy lifestyle.

According to Dr.Frank Sinicrope of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, “…choices are under one’s control and can significantly impact reducing the risk of developing this common cancer.”

There are more options on how to prevent colon cancer. The usage of pico-ionic minerals, drinking plenty of water, and keeping a positive attitude would help to relax not just the body but the mind as well.

Everything is connected to our bodies. Thoughts are things, and if we are concerned with every detail, we will not need relaxation.

Conclusion

Ways that prevent colon cancer are not complicated. Living simple lives like our parents and grandparents would let us stay healthy and in shape. A healthy diet and exercise are not big things. Let’s get off the couch and help the less fortunate or care for your garden. You will exercise your mind and body, doing some good for your community.

5 Ways to Avoid Weight Gain

September 3, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Five ways to avoid weight gain will help you stay on track toward your goals. Why? Weight gain is a universal problem. Individuals try new and old methods to shed some unwanted pounds. Harsh diets and pills can harm us if we do not listen to the signs of our bodies. Results can show up after a few weeks or days, depending on how much we want to lose weight. However, we can do the damage with drastic actions. It is better to use prevention steps to avoid unpleasant consequences.

Importance of nutrients

5 Ways How to Avoid Weight Gain

First, we can lose minerals and other vital nutrients. The body needs essential materials for metabolism. The lack of magnesium can lead to various disorders. Imagine if you did not provide bodybuilding and maintenance content. Yes, the body will use fat cells, but chemical reactions need minerals. The body does not have enough minerals in storage. We get them with food and dietary supplements.

Nutritious food, exercises, a positive attitude, self-discipline, and a team of like-minded people help you avoid gaining weight again.

What can we do for the weight loss?

There are five ways to avoid weight gain.

Provide nutritious food for your body

We can do tricks with the stomach by giving fulfilling and beneficial food. Proteins and food with a low glycemic index provide plenty of energy. We do not feel hungry and can stop checking the refrigerator in the evening, especially at night. Junk food burns fast and prompts us to search for more. Empty calories do not provide minerals, and the body requires them. Only a nutritious diet can give us everything that we need. In this way, we eat less and cannot gain additional pounds.

Move

5 Ways How to Avoid Weight Gain

It is nothing new that movement and exercise allow the body to burn more calories than sitting on the couch or at the office table. It is beneficial to stand up and move around after one hour. Muscles work; the blood reaches all tissues and organs more freely. We will look younger and happier. The flexibility improves, and the posture changes from crunching to straight.

Find like-minded people

Friends and teammates can help us withstand challenges when we want to avoid weight gain. Friends can support, inspire, and remind us that results will benefit the mind and the body. Not everybody has a strong will. Plenty of temptations exist, especially when birthday parties or celebrations come up.

Do not count calories every time

When we count calories every time, we can lose the joy of life. Restrictions can make days miserable and boring. Choosing food and dietary supplements that contain all vital nutrients is better. We will get fewer calories, but the body will get minerals, proteins, vitamins, fats, and carbohydrates.

Nuts, seeds, grass-fed animal meat, organic poultry, fish, vegetables, and fruit, and dietary supplements such as Dr. Dean’s Total Body ReSet bundle will give all nutrients and fewer calories: fewer calories, less weight.

Check and keep track of the bad habits

5 Ways How to Avoid Weight Gain

We know how difficult it is to avoid and change old habits. Constant snacking and eating before night creates a trap for us and provides unwanting calories. Learning and adjusting to the new routine takes a strong will and time. However, the results will be rewarding and pleasant. We can change ourselves with these five ways to avoid weight gain.

Take the Magnesium After Exercise

December 4, 2016 By Nemira 8 Comments

Magnesium, like the mineral, is vital for athletes. We must take magnesium after exercise. Why? During workouts,  the magnesium is lost. If athletes want to keep their energy levels up and not experience lactic acid buildup, they must take magnesium supplements.

Magnesium is an essential nutrient

When the magnesium amount is short, and calcium value is high, muscle cramps and lactic acid buildups occur. You will ask why?

When there is too much calcium, the initiator for muscle contraction, and less magnesium, the initiator of muscle relaxation, muscle cramps and lactic acid buildups occur.

Lactic acid causes pain after exercise because it builds up in the muscles. Magnesium relaxes muscles. The pain is gone.

Take magnesium after exercise

ReMag Review:The Best Way to Get Magnesium Benefits

Magnesium influences energy packets. These packets are called ATP or adenosine triphosphate. Studies done on animals show that magnesium restores endurance. It means that magnesium helps to recover after exercise. Magnesium reduces lactic acid build-up too.

Magnesium helps adrenal glands.

Everybody who jogs or runs long distances knows and feels the adrenaline rush after the long distance. It seems when the end is close; it’s hard to run. Fortunately, suddenly, you feel like a second breath or adrenaline burst helps you to move again without effort. People are addicted to this feeling because it gives them a sense of power and joy.

Unfortunately, adrenaline glands may deplete to the maximum. The one way to help them is magnesium and proper nutrition.

Magnesium and sudden cardiac death syndrome

According to Carolyn Dean, MD, ND, the author of Magnesium Miracle, athletes are at risk. They can drop dead from sudden cardiac death syndrome if the magnesium is deficient in their bodies, especially during competition.

The cardiovascular system requires magnesium as the vital nutrient which participates in the prevention of rhythm problems. Magnesium improves blood flow to the heart, helps relax the heart’s muscles, and protects the heart from calcium overload.

Besides it, magnesium breaks down blood clots that block the arteries. Magnesium reduces the damage of free radicals. When athletes take magnesium after exercise, they avoid the risk associated with heart problems.

The dosage of magnesium to athletes and people who exercise

Carolyn Dean, MD, ND, provides recommendations for magnesium from Dr. Seelig, the magnesium specialist.

For a 220-lb man: 600-1000 mg per day

For a 150 lb woman: 400-680 mg per day

These doses can be reduced and cut by 150 mg for people who exercise less, such as one or two hours a  day.

We can avoid problems associated with our well-being if we take magnesium after exercise.

Do you use magnesium supplements? Do you know a particular magnesium brand that helped you feel better? I would be glad to hear from you.

I added more information about magnesium’s importance for athletes and everybody who wants to stay fit for many years ahead.

Top magnesium benefits for athletes

Magnesium is an essential mineral crucial in various bodily functions, including those relevant to athletes. Here are ten potential benefits of magnesium for athletes:

Energy production

Magnesium is involved in the production and storage of energy in the body, making it vital for athletes who require sustained energy levels during physical activity.

Muscle performance and function

Adequate magnesium levels are essential for proper muscle contraction and relaxation. This mineral can improve athletic performance and reduce the risk of muscle cramps and injuries.

Protein synthesis

The mineral is involved in protein synthesis. It is the process by which the body builds and repairs muscle tissue. Sufficient magnesium intake supports muscle recovery and growth.

Oxygen delivery

Magnesium helps regulate healthy blood flow. Thanks to this mineral, oxygen is efficiently transported to working muscles during exercise. It leads to the enhancement of endurance and performance.

Electrolyte balance

Magnesium is an electrolyte that plays a role in maintaining proper fluid balance and hydration status. It is crucial for athletic performance and preventing dehydration.

Bone health

Magnesium is essential for maintaining strong and healthy bones. Without it, athletes would be at a higher risk of stress fractures and other bone-related injuries.

Nervous system maintenance

Magnesium aids in the proper functioning of the nervous system. It includes the transmission of nerve signals. This can help improve coordination, reaction time, and overall athletic performance.

Muscle relaxation and recovery

Magnesium relaxes muscles. This benefit aids in post-exercise recovery and reduces muscle soreness and stiffness.

Help for the immune system

Intense exercise can temporarily suppress the immune system. It can lead to making athletes more susceptible to infections. Magnesium supports immune function in the metabolism of cells and in hundreds of enzyme systems.

Stress fixation

Physical training and competition can place significant stress on the body. Magnesium helps regulate stress hormones, such as cortisol, and provides a sense of calm and relaxation, benefiting athletes’ mental well-being.

Magnesium is a vital mineral that keeps you and your loved ones in shape despite age. Unfortunately, we do not get enough minerals from food. It means that we need to look for pure, checked-in lab supplements that fill the gap required by the body’s performance, existence, and flourishing.

Be Younger and Clever

July 29, 2015 By Nemira 4 Comments

Being younger and clever is a dream for most of us.  Could we stop time and be physically and mentally fit at our peak performance? Doctor Henry S. Lodge explains that we are capable of doing it. He rejects plastic surgery because it is cheating.

Interrupt constant aging

Does it sound like a fantasy? Yes and no. We all be old, sooner or later. But it is critical to what kind of well-being we will reach the golden age.

Doctor Henry S. Lodge states that people are created to move. Information for survival is in our genes. Because if we are not strong enough to jump from one point to another, we would be a tasty breakfast for a dinosaur Rex or lion.

It does not matter that we live in another era. Information for survival is in our genes, coded in our DNA.

When we exercise, our cells signal that they need to grow instead of fade. Cells grow everywhere in our bodies. It is known that renewal time is different for various cells. For example, blood cells live just ten days; muscle cells live around three months.

Our bodies are made of trillions of cells, which live and die after a few weeks or months. They were replaced with brand-new cells. It means that some parts of our bodies are entirely new every period. It is fascinating.

What does it signal to you?

In our bodies,  cells are replaced by 1% every day. It looks like we are getting a new body every three months. Listening to Doctor Henry S. Lodge, those exercises enormously influence our cells; it is our decision what to choose. Choose between precious aging and aging accompanied by obesity, pain,  and low self-worth.

We will choose how these new cells will behave. If we exercise, they will be active. If we spend countless hours watching TV or playing video games without moving, aging will take over.

Our cells listen to us. They react to signals which we send to them. If we exercise, they will be secure; if not, they will decay.

Be younger and clever.

You know this information now. What kind of choices will you make? At these busy times, I know the gap for exercising is uncomfortable. Anyway, choosing stairs instead of the elevator, walking to your work or after work, going to sleep earlier, and getting up more prior will allow you to at least move more compared with spending hours sitting or sleeping too much.

You need to make up your mind. Of course, it is another deal if your job is not in the office. You are okay if you move a lot during your career, performing tasks.

Are our bodies smart?

Yes, they are. You would ask how your cells know when to decay and when to grow healthy. Information hidden in our DNA about survival was and is all-time in our bodies. It does not matter if we live now in a comfortable environment. To survive, our ancestors moved when they hunted for food, escaped from predators, and fought with intruders. The movement was and is a signal to our cells to grow.

When you exercise, muscles release select chemicals which tell your cells to grow. In another way, sedentary muscles give the signal to cells to decay. Which version is better for us? I would choose the first way: move as much as possible.

Men, who exercise, cut their risk of dying of heart attack by 75% over five years; women have a higher percentage of 80%  when they start to use their bodies.

It looks like a miracle but is not a marvel because it is in our biology.

Cross-check your emotions

According to Dr.Henry S. Lodge, emotion is the critical signal to our cells. It can be more important to compare it with exercise. Negative emotions such as anger, sadness, and loneliness are starvation and constant danger signals. These feelings make our cells weaker and prompt them to decay.

Other emotions, such as optimism, love, joy, and hope, trigger our cells to grow and renew as the time comes. People who have families and friends are more likely to survive a few times after a heart attack than people who live alone without social support.

Emotions play a significant role in our lives. We must be more open, cultivate humility and forgiveness, volunteer, and help each other.

As Dr. Henry S. Lodge said: “Deep in our cells, down at the level of molecular genetics, we are wired to exercise and care.”Be younger and clever, using your body abilities.

An update

The dear doctor is no longer on this Earth. He lived long live till 86. However, his ideas and knowledge resonate with the famous Dr.Bruce Lipton, whose lectures and books attract millions of grateful readers and viewers.

Here is an excerpt from a YouTube video that tells the opposite of mainstream media:
