I admire people who have a strong will and perseverance to accomplish the most complex things. It is not easy to lose twenty pounds but 529? At first, this story about the person who won the battle against laziness, genetics, and bad habits shows that everything is possible. Outermost weight loss is an outstanding achievement. This victory shows that everything is possible if you put your mind to work.

The monument should be erased for people who achieve remarkable results. I mean that if somebody got on their feet using the power of the mind and strong will.

Rafael’s story of losing enormous weight shows the potential of human perseverance, and strong will, and that everything is possible if somebody puts his mind to doing it.

The outermost weight loss process started with the call to the ambulance. Rafael’s journey began from the moment when he understood that he had severe problems with his weight. According to the Chicago Tribune, he called for an ambulance because the pain in his swollen leg was enormous. Doctors at the hospital told him that his weight of 831 pounds was a bad influence on the well-being of his whole body. Infections are caused by obesity, lymph system disbalance, and the possibility of losing the ability to walk or move around scary things.

He hit the bottom of the dark obesity hole. After hospitalization a few years ago, Rafael made the decision. He was serious about getting back on his feet.

Everything starts with small steps


How did Raphael begin his extreme weight loss?

First, he made the decision. Enough is enough.

Second, Raphael researched online ways to lose weight. He found the app Lose It!

The website www.loseit.com offers to track food and exercise. Raphael chooses healthy food such as skinless chicken and plenty of vegetables.

Raphael started to lose weight, about 30-40 pounds per month.

Outermost weight loss is a reality


It is not easy to believe how this man lost so many pounds just watching over his diet. Raphael recognized that he was addicted to food. Enormous eating and a sedentary lifestyle lead him to this miserable situation.

Fortunately, he overcame his habits and took his life back. A strong will and constant watching over his food quality let him lose outermost weight.

When I read this article from the Chicago Tribune, I remembered the book by Dr. Sylvia Tara, The Secret Life of Fat. Sylvia described a similar situation when the man lost pounds thanks to his decision that it was enough.

Overall, Dr. Sylvia Tara emphasized that outermost weight loss is possible and doable. Individuals who watch over diet, and follow regimens such as exercise and rest, can achieve positive results.

How is Rafael doing now?


Raphael works as an insurance adjuster. He watches over his diet because he knows how food addiction can lead to disastrous results. Raphael exercises regularly because the right food and activities let him achieve extreme weight loss.

It would be great if Raphael’s example would inspire people who lost hope regarding weight loss. Of course, it is not easy to restrict calories, consistently exercise, and refuse to eat junk food. However, everybody who wants to change their lives can be assured that outermost weight loss is possible and achievable.

Inspiring stories such as Raphaels or Randy’s from Dr. Sylvia Tara give hope and show a positive example that the human spirit is victorious and vigorous.

A poisoned environment, junk food, and stress weaken our immune system. We heard about it on TV; we read in various blogs about the importance of exercising and eating well.  We know that junk food makes us fat and that stress shortens life. So what? If people thought and cared about it, their habits would change. Unfortunately,  as we know too, changes are so annoying. Difficult too.

Processed food is not the best option to keep the body healthy

We can be tired of a cliche because we understand what is wrong and right for us. If we thought about our bodies as friends or dear family members, we would better care for them. Nobody abandons their children or parents. However, we surrender our bodies — most of us.

Our body can fight any infection. It works as the armed forces in real life.  We have antibodies which are the army. Antibodies detect different microorganisms and destroy them.

Granulocytes are the Navy. These white blood cells patrol the body looking for invaders. When granulocytes find different microbes, they mobilize millions of cells to attack and ultimately destroy them. You do not need to do anything. You sleep peacefully or watch TV when your immune system takes care of your body’s well-being.

The lymph system performs the role of the commander center. It analyzes and decides where to send troops, ships, and air force. Lymphocytes float in blood and travel along with other cells. The antigen is a foreign intruder with a marker different from the body’s cells.

The lymph node alerts all immune systems. Everybody is mobilized and ready to attack foes. Besides, antibodies, granulocytes, and macrophages participate in battle till the immune system wins. The immune system’s  Alpha importance is the value of the body’s protector.

Filling and preparing an enema kit


  • Prepare the Enema Kit over the sink if the solution can spill out.

Liposuction is supposed to be an excellent method to get rid of stubborn fat. Why does liposuction not work? Does it work? Are we tired of dieting and exercising? Do we want to quit this constant counting of pounds? We are tired of measuring clothes that are as narrow as it was before losing weight.

Maybe we imagine that cutting and removing fat from troubled areas would solve all problems. We would be skinny or at least comfortable in our skin.

I am so sorry to disappoint you; liposuction does not work for an extended period.  People gain weight after an operation pretty soon. They are getting the fat back in different places in the body. It is a fact, a hard and harsh truth, presented in Sylvia TaraPh. D.’s book The Secret Life of Fat.

In this particular book,  you can find out how to conquer your fears and outsmart fat. Most importantly, everybody can do it. Sorry, no magic pills here. Maybe wizards could help, but  I did not find any way to ask them. If I know something, I will be the first who will tell you. Promise.

Why does liposuction not work?


Scientists performed studies where two groups of women had followed. One group got liposuction in the lower abdomen’s hips, thighs, and subcutaneous fat. The second group of women did not receive any treatment at all.

After one year, the weight difference between the two groups of women vanished. Interestingly, the fat in the women’s group who had liposuction moved to different areas. How did it happen? Fat is relocated to the place where internal organs are. The fat started to press on internal organs. It was not so much fun, especially after hoping that everything would be different. The hormone leptin influences levels of other hormones. These levels can be increased or decreased. Skeletal muscles can use less energy. Besides, calories are not burned correctly. Finally, the brain gets mixed messages about satiation. People can use more food without feeling that they are full already.

Besides all the tricks, fat can form its blood supply, creating new blood vessels. Blood brings nutrients to fat cells.

Weight loss is a complicated process. We must have patience and perseverance to withstand fat’s tricks.
