Additionally, healthy food keeps all body systems intact and balanced. Besides, healthy food is safe. It does not matter how long we use it. There are no side effects.

Did you ever think about your weight? I could bet you thought about it once if you lived on Earth. If you are a woman or a girl, you can not escape this issue. Men are sensitive nowadays too.

It seems that looks are necessary to survive in this world. I would be happy to tell you that what is inside the human being is most important, not physical looks. Unfortunately, the reality is different.

New Year is a start, a new one. New Year promises can keep us excited for a while. Many of us conclude that New Year will bring us different results, such as relationships, health, and financial freedom. We think that everything, or almost everything, will change to the right. Unfortunately, thinking and waiting for changes will not achieve the desired results.

Without action, we do not get out of bed. Without effort, we do not move from one point to the next.

Everything moves around us. We are part of the movement, big or small.

Do not talk


Plenty of us like to brag about what we would like to do after New Year. When we talk about our plans, we scatter the energy that could serve for actions. Sometimes after the conversation about our projects, we feel that we have already done something. Did we? We can feel ashamed because we did not move from the dead point.

Small steps


Small steps are better compared to nothing. If you want to lose weight, start with an analysis of food quality. The quality must be outstanding, not quantity. By changing junk food to nutritious, you will feel energetic and fulfilled.

When you write goals on paper or on the computer, you document your actions. It does not matter how small your steps are. These measures show that you took steps. It is progress that will transition you from one level to another.

How Does Enema Work?

The enema is a procedure and an old form of hydrotherapy. How does the enema work? It doesn’t sound very comfortable at first. Why do we need this method? This procedure helps clean colon walls, enhances the elimination of toxins through the liver, and stimulates bile flow.

To perform an enema easily, you need to have an enema kit that is made from medical-grade silicon. Prepare yourself for the procedure: insert the tip of the enema, wait till water fulfills the intestine, wait till the body wants to remove waste, and run into the bathroom.

Enemas and irrigation for the colon were standard procedures at the hospitals.

It seems that cleansing is an effective method. Why?  Food in the small and large intestines is not adequately absorbed, and sugars and proteins ferment and rot. This process produces chemicals that are absorbed by the liver. The liver has plenty of job detoxing toxins. Additional toxins can weaken the liver and disturb activity.

The boiling method

Pour cooled and strained the mixture into the enema bag. The hose must be attached already. Look for air. Empty it if some air bubbles are in the enema’s bag.

How to take an enema?

The container with coffee must be placed above the abdomen. Check for air and temperature.

Insert the lubricated tip gently without force. It is best to take the enema right away after the bowel movement.

Slightly open the clamp and let the liquid flow inside. Do not open the clamp fully. Adjust the flow regarding how your intestine accepts the coffee enema. It takes 10-15 minutes for the whole amount to run into the inside body.

A first experience can be confusing. You must feel the body. It is comfortable, and no pain.

When the whole liquid is inside, the enema’s bag becomes flat. You can take the slightly inserted tip out or leave it inside for a while. It is up to you.

Close the clamp.

The time for the enema is about 15 minutes. I can be honest. For me,  the first time did not last five minutes. I spurted as the rocket to the place where kings walk.

Anyway, the feeling was great because I had lost a few pounds.

When done with the enema, the equipment must be cleaned with warm water, soda, or liquid soap. I like an enema bag made from silicon. It is sturdy and easy to use. It has a long hose and is easy to use the clamp. If you want, you can boil all equipment made from silicon.

Do you wash dishes after dinner? I guess you or the dishwasher comes into the picture as the helper. How about the car? I suppose you prefer a shiny, beautiful-looking car over a dirty and stinky one?

Great food gives us pleasure and makes us feel safe, nourished, and protected.

Unfortunately, many of us do not know the limits. Plenty of us do not know what and when to eat, or what gives the body nourishment and support.

Various sweets, cakes, processed food, and sodas filled with chemicals clog all body systems throughout their lifetime. Later on, we wondered why everything seemed so natural and doable without effort when we were young.

We change the oil in the cars; we check the air pressure in the tires. How about our bodies?

I heard that some people visit the toilet to move their bowels once a week. They are okay with this situation. Unfortunately, they are in big trouble because plenty of toxins from food accumulate in the digestive system.

The particles from the digested food stuck to the walls of the bowels. Later on, the walls become thicker and thicker. The radius becomes small. The food can not flow properly through the bowels.

People are not active anymore. If we look at individuals who work physically, we will not find anybody who is obese. Humankind accomplished so much, but it has forgotten that we are part of Nature. Why?

You do not see obese rabbits or bears, horses or dogs that have abilities to run free. All living beings who have restrictions to move become fat. There are consequences, such as problems with health, sexuality,  and self-esteem.

Health is the most valuable asset. Health and aging can have healthy relationships. We can not buy it or extend our lives.  If we do not take care of ourselves, our health can deteriorate. Health and aging correlate. When we act and use clean food and water, thinking positive thoughts, aging does not seem like the scary journey towards disappearance from the surface of the Earth.

Watching after our health can postpone aging depending on the quality of nutrition, lifestyle, and physical and mental abilities to age well.

Till now, the whole aging mechanism has not been solved. Scientists and doctors are on the research path for rejuvenating tools. Unfortunately, we will go to the next place after leaving this precious Earth sooner or later.

These factors lead to the deterioration of health and premature aging. It is a pity that most people do not think they can change their lifestyle and lead happy lives.

The information is the key to better health and happy life. I think that everybody knows that they will be old someday. However, there is a big difference between being a healthy senior and a human being who has plenty of problems with health.

Dr. Christopher Hills was fascinated by Spirulina. His experience of Spirulina is enormous. He wrote many books about his experience with Spirulina, the miraculous algae. Twenty years went by after his research and published papers. I knew about Spirulina before, but when I found more literature about Spirulina, I wondered why nobody uses so much of these nutraceutical algae as a food supplement.

Spirulina is a nutraceutical food that has all the needed amino acids, proteins, minerals, bioflavonoids, and vitamins that can keep your body in shape without having any side effects.

I prefer authentic sources about subjects because these facts about Spirulina as a food supplement are proven by experts, scientists,  and doctors.

Nevertheless, if somebody has problems, they must consult a doctor before trying any new food or supplement.

Unsolicited letters were published in the book The Whole Truth about Spirulina. People from various states described experiences with the usage of Spirulina. Doctors, moms, seniors, and marathon runners were fascinated with how Spirulina helps them.

Spirulina is a balanced food. Spirulina and energy are essential topics in modern life. Spirulina has most of the vitamins, proteins, amino acids, and enzymes for proper body functioning. We eat that to live. We do not live to eat. Many people forgot about it.

The stress, monotony, lack of joy, and vision for life take a toll on the people. It is easy to open the refrigerator and pick the ice cream or a few cookies before bed. Habits are developed fast and cannot be swiped under the bed if we want to change our lifestyle.

Spirulina, being a nutraceutical food, provides all the needed nutrients that give the body energy to perform metabolic processes without any additional effort.

Empty food


Sweets, soda, processed food such as canned products or granola bars, instant ramen, and bacon appeal to our taste buds. Unfortunately, we think that we do good for ourselves by eating significant amounts of food without nutrients.

 Researcher Helke Ferrie wrote that medical researchers  found that the refining process of sugar removes 93 percent of chromium, 89 percent of manganese, 98 percent of cobalt, 83 percent of copper, 98 percent of zinc, and 98 percent of magnesium -all essential to life.(Carolyn Dean,”Death by Modern Medicine” 261)

Spirulina and Energy

Everybody knows that soda contains sugar. Ten or eight spoons of sugar in the can of soda tastes good. Unfortunately,  if our body lacks vital nutrients, we must refill it with fundamental and essential elements, not empty calories.

Why do we feel tired?


We do not feel satisfied after eating various processed foods with some salad and occasional fruit. Younger people can be okay because their bodies are not fully depleted. Adults can faster feel the consequences of unconscious eating. Obesity, tiredness, and skin problems start to bother us.

I guess that most of us know that we need to think about the food quality. We do not need something fancy; just an everyday diet and drinks full of vital nutrients would work fine for us.

What is about Spirulina?


Here, Spirulina comes into the picture. Spirulina is a balanced nutraceutical food. If we use Spirulina together with junk or processed food,  we will get the required vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and proteins. Later on, we could get rid of eating habits that cost money but do not give us energy and vital nutrients.

I like Spirulina; if we consume this food, we will get nutrients directly. Spirulina contains pigments ready to work. These nutrients were being broken down already. They are already made and willing to work for our bodies.

Spirulina and energy


Usually, when we eat, food is processed in the digestive system. The food is broken down into amino acids. These amino acids are reformed into new proteins in the body.

Standard food, when eaten, breaks down to amino acids, and after this process, new proteins form in the body. With the consumption of Spirulina,  we save energy needed for breaking down food particles.
