Fluorine has a nasty habit of binding with magnesium and producing an insoluble compound: sellaite (Mg F2). It makes bones brittle. And prone to fractures.  It destroys osteoblasts. Osteoblasts are cells that form new bones. I can not imagine how it can be in this modern world where we can ruin our bones with chemicals. Uh.

Okay, it is enough to scare you. It is better to look for safe ways to help ourselves by giving our bodies vital nutrients.

An update

A drug called Fosamax showed up in 1995. It was not popular till Merck put up bone scanners that scare people with so-called diagnosis pre-osteoporosis. This drug made bones brittle.

In her book The Magnesium Miracle, Dr. Carolyn Dean describes the interview with Dan Haley, the former New York assemblyman. Dan Haley suffered a stroke. He left with a paralyzed entire left side. Fortunately, he saw a doctor in Washington, D.C., who treated him with IV magnesium and oxygen for this condition. After ten days, Dan was walking and could use his left arm.

This particular treatment is called the RELOX procedure for stroke. It was developed by Dr. Bruce Rind and Dr. Sean Dalton.

This RELOX procedure consists of an intravenous vitamin and mineral solution where magnesium is in massive quantities and the simultaneous application of oxygen. The oxygen is given through a mask.

Contemporary society offers us many opportunities. These opportunities can lead us to a disastrous life, or they can lead to wellness and prosperity.

We make choices


What do I mean? We have plenty of choices. We can choose what to eat, what to wear, what to unfriend or befriend on social media, etc. I wonder why some people are obese or out of balance with their bodies and minds.

Nobody wants to be overweight or restricted in one place because the ability to move is limited. When people are born healthy, they are supposed to always be in the way until death. Why do we have plenty of unhappy people in the modern world?

One of the pillars that give us balance and fulfillment is health. Nobody would tell us that health does not play great importance in our lives.
