How To Exercise And Lose Belly

December 22, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

How To Exercise And Lose Belly

How to exercise and lose belly? Big bellies cause trouble buying clothes, choosing a seat, or making an impression at a job interview. Unless you are Santa Claus, a big belly could be smaller or disappear after some changes in your lifestyle.

Nutritious food, the right lifestyle, good mental attitude, and exercises may help lose belly fat that is not healthy and does not look nice.

Nutrition

Wholesome food contains vital nutrients, provides energy and does not push to check refrigerators at night. Processed food and sweets deplete minerals such as magnesium and do not offer building blocks for tissues and organs. Empty calories deposited around the abdomen created a nice cushion but pressed inner organs such as the stomach, liver, intestine, and kidneys.

You hear again and again that vegetables and grains provide fibers, vitamins, and enzymes. However, you are not a rabbit. Nobody can survive on greens for a longer time.

How To Exercise And Lose Belly

Choosing organic meat, organic eggs, and wild fish such as sockeye salmon, nuts, whole grains, and seeds would fulfill and bring all nutrients. We do not need to stuff ourselves again and again. The body gets everything that it needs and does not starve.

Exercise

It does not matter how are you old or young; you can adjust yoga to your needs. There are plenty of types of yoga. However, doing simple activities such as Greeting of Sun will bring results to your belly. When you exercise, your mood improves. You socialize, and you meet new people. You have fun doing these asanas. The dog pose will push you to the next level of understanding about your body. There is plenty of laughter and pride after achieving results.

You do not need to force yourself to lose belly for a couple of weeks. It takes time. After a few months, you will see progress by continually exercising and eating nutritious food.

How To Exercise And Lose Belly

Weight lifting can be added later because you need to be flexible enough and have energy. Yoga is the best type of exercise because you can do it anytime and anywhere. Yoga stabilizes, strengthens, and takes the stress away. The belly will get smaller, your muscles become stronger, and your posture will improve.

Lifestyle changes

You know about the harm of smoking, heavy drinking, and a sedentary lifestyle. Nobody looks good with a red nose and yellow teeth. Actors in movies seem reasonable, but the reality is different. Changing habits is not easy. It takes time, perseverance, and patience. However, the payment is worth trying because you will not buy your health somewhere. You need to take care of yourself.

It does not matter where you are now. It is essential that you make decisions and keep steady on them.

Stress and a big belly

Doctor Oz mentioned that stress has a significant impact on the size of the belly. Why? Most of us try to find comfort in food and watching plenty of TV. There is nothing wrong with good food or television programs, but people usually do not have limits. It leads to overweight and low self-esteem.

Conclusion

Exercise is one of the ways to take your life back on track. The movement refreshes and gives strength. The constant involvement in activities such as walking or running outside and volunteering would keep stress away because we have a purpose, such as helping ourselves and others.

What Is The Best Treatment For Insomnia?

December 15, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

What Is The Best Treatment For Insomnia

Insomnia hurts the body and mind. What is the best treatment for insomnia? There are plenty of techniques and dietary supplements which could ease the situation. Individuals who broke the circadian cycle suffer a lot — shifts in the job, and nighttime work throw off the balance. Stress, unnecessary worries, and pain can trigger insomnia. Even jet lag traveling from one time zone to another creates the possibility to become one who cannot comfortably sleep.

At first, when people have problems with sleep, it is best to have a conversation with a knowledgeable health practitioner. You never know what is hidden under insomnia.

Fortunately, insomnia mainly results from disturbed rhythm and nutrients such as magnesium deficiency.

A significant difference can be made by calming down the body and mind with relaxing techniques, causing lifestyle changes, using a positive attitude, and giving the body the natural nutrients that it needs badly.

Relaxing techniques

Maybe you think that you need a unique environment such as a forest or secluded place. You can rest anywhere. A few months ago I saw a man in the airport who sat on the floors, closed his eyes, and relaxed. We waited for a plane to be announced. People gather around him, leaving a little bit of space for him. He did not care. After 15 or 20 minutes, he got up and joined the crowd.

What Is The Best Treatment For Insomnia

You do not need to be extreme. Making a habit every day to sit quietly for at least five minutes would make a big difference. Please, do not expect results after the week. Let your mind adjust to this routine and become part of your daily life. Finding the place without notices or interruptions is good.

You would ask if it is meditation. Yes, it is. Famous teachers emphasize the importance of becoming routine. The body has its rhythms. When we disturb it, the body tries to adjust. However, with a poor diet, a stressful lifestyle, and a dangerous environment, we can experience changes in our sleep.

A short break from reality would help the mind to relax. You can sit quietly longer. Twenty or forty minutes give longer-lasting benefits.

Most important is that you make meditation a habit. Timothy Ferriss, the author of Tools of Titans, emphasized the importance of meditation. He mentioned that this technique helped him concentrate, relax, and find his purpose in life.

Exercises such as yoga, tai-chi, and qi gong will free tension and give the balance between mind and body.  It is easy to perform, but the results are beneficial. The stress is gone, the body becomes durable and flexible, and consciousness becomes quiet.

Lifestyle changes

You know that lifestyle can turn people’s lives upside down.  Unhealthy habits and reckless behavior could bring chaos and damage to us.  It is good to think before taking any action.

What kind of lifestyle changes could be?

  •  Sleep at the same time. The best time is at 9 p.m.
  •  Last food supposed to be four or three hours before bedtime
  •  Do not drink before sleep
  •  Make peace with yourself and others before bedtime
  •  Sleep in an entirely dark and more relaxed room.
  •  Firm beds are better compared with softer mattresses

If possible, avoid a sedentary lifestyle. The more you move, the more the body gets stretched. All muscles work, not just a few of them. Humans were created to walk or run. Sitting nowadays is a second “smoking.”

Nutrition

What Is The Best Treatment For Insomnia

A diet rich in vitamins, enzymes, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, and fats provides full support for the body. Junk food creates problems because it is full of empty calories. We repeat portions, and reach for snacks because the body lacks nutrients. We do not know it. Our body knows it.  Excess sugar causes over 131 conditions that harm our health. We become irritated, tired, and overweight after eating processed food and drinking sodas.

It is nothing new. You can read about it in newspapers, health websites. Unfortunately, it is not enough to know. You need to do something about it.

Sleep can suffer too because the body requires nutrients invariably. Do you think why people check refrigerators at night? They need energy and building blocks for body metabolism. Unfortunately, you will not get it from ice cream or a piece of pizza.

Other triggers cause insomnia. Medications, consumption of alcohol, heart disease, caffeine, anxiety, hormone shifts, stress, depression, constipation, arthritis, ADHD, OCD, and lousy recovery from exercise could cause insomnia. Getting of these conditions, you can get a better night’s sleep.

Dietary supplements

Magnesium

  •   Magnesium helps with insomnia and relaxing muscles.
  •   Magnesium binds to GABA gates. GABA is the neurotransmitter of the central nervous system, which favors sleep.
  •   Magnesium reduces anxiety
  •   Magnesium reduces anti-inflammatory stress
  •  Magnesium helps heart rate response to exercise, sympathetic nervous stimulation, and sleep problems.
  •  Magnesium helps with restless legs syndrome
  • Magnesium participates in melatonin production

The best magnesium supplement is ReMag because it is absorbed 100 percent at the cellular level. Natural Calm and Epsom Salts could give relief and prepare for a good night’s sleep.

Insomnitol

Insomnitol is a dietary supplement, a vegan product containing essential constituents. It is beneficial for changing time zones when sleep can be disturbed for a few days. You can read about Insomnitol here. This product is harmless, without side effects. I used it a few times, and it worked like a charm. No sleep after waking up or addiction.

Herbs

Some people are good with herbal tea. Maria Treben, the author of Health From God’s Heaven, recommends chamomile tea, deadnettle tea, meadowsweet tea, hawthorn tea, and hawthorn tincture. Herbal mixtures and lime blossom baths help relax and sleep. Swedish Bitters is the perfect help before sleep.

Conclusion

Insomnia can be eased with natural remedies and techniques. Magnesium has a relaxing effect because it is a cofactor in over 800 systems. The body sufficient in magnesium does not have any problems with insomnia. Natural remedies such as Insomnitol help sleep right away when you are after a sleepless night.

The best treatment( reliever) for insomnia is the magnesium supplement ReMag. It goes straight to the cell and is absorbed by 100 percent. You can read more about ReMag here.

Everybody needs proper sleep.

How To Protect Telomeres

December 4, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

How Protect DNA

How to protect telomeres? Telomeres are to blame for aging. The cult of youth and the wish to stay in shape as long as possible prompts everybody to learn about these miraculous end parts of the chromosome.

Magnesium helps protect telomeres because of participating in the activity of enzyme telomerase.

What the heck are telomeres?

Telomeres are the covers on the ends of chromosomes. They protect from shortening or getting attached to another chromosome. The primary function of telomeres is to protect chromosomes from damage and change — findings of telomeres prompt researchers to dig deeper and find out how to keep chromosomes intact and undamaged.

Overall it is a good thing because we could know how to protect telomeres and stay in the best shape as long as possible if chromosomes are damaged and shortened thanks to the disappearance of telomeres, cells age and die. Who wants it? Of course, we will not live forever, but it would be nice to take care of ourselves and be well using what? The answer is magnesium.

How magnesium correlates with telomeres?

People age if DNA cannot be rejuvenated fully. Cell division slows, and telomeres shorten and leave exposed chromosomes. If chromosomes are naked, it is vulnerable and can be easily damaged.

The enzyme telomerase reverse transcriptase depends on magnesium. This enzyme participates in the maintenance of telomeres and ends of chromosomes.

Do you remember that magnesium is the cofactor in 800 enzyme systems?  Dr.Carolyn Dean, in the book The Magnesium Miracle, mentions scientists and doctors Burton and Bella Altura. They produced the paper “Short-Term Magnesium Deficiency Downregulates Telomerase, Upregulates Natural Sphingomyelinase, and Induces Oxidative DNA Damage in Cardiovascular Tissues: Relevance to Atherogenesis, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Aging.”

This paper is enormous and backed by 142 references. In short, there are findings regarding magnesium’s influence on telomerase. Magnesium can beneficially affect genes and keep telomeres in shape. It means that chromosomes will be protected too.

Conclusion

Magnesium is an essential mineral for hundreds of enzyme systems. Telomeres, guards of chromosomes, depend on magnesium. If magnesium is deficient, telomeres wear out, and chromosomes are exposed. They are vulnerable. Cells age and die. The aging progresses faster than usual.

The usage of magnesium helps to keep telomeres intact at the ends of chromosomes.

The best magnesium on the market is ReMag. It is liquid magnesium absorbable at 100 percent and at the cellular level.

Magnesium For Obesity

November 30, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Magnesium for Obesity

Magnesium for obesity is a beneficial mineral. The research shows that metabolic reactions in the body require vitamins and minerals. They work as cofactors for many enzyme systems.

When the body lacks minerals and vitamins, various symptoms show up. For example,  if the mouse with obesity genes lacks vitamin B, it becomes overweight. When vitamin B is sufficient, the mouse stays in shape.

Magnesium For Obesity

Scientists found out that magnesium influences gene expression. When magnesium is sufficient, obesity genes do not make progress and stay still.

Abdominal obesity

Abdominal obesity is influenced by magnesium. The belly fat correlates with magnesium deficiency.

How does it happen?

When magnesium is deficient, the mineral does not help the cell accept glucose coming in. Cells that do not respond to insulin and do not open for glucose to go in are insulin resistant. Glucose levels rise in the blood, and more and more insulin is produced.

Dr. Carolyn Dean points out the research from The Magnesium Factor by authors Seelig and Rosanoff. It shows that half of the insulin in the bloodstream is pointed at the abdominal tissue. When people are on a refined sugar diet, the abdominal circumference becomes more prominent, processing more insulin.

I did not meet anybody who would carry extra weight and be on a diet like a rabbit or horse. These guys do not consume soda drinks and do not like fast food. Processed food and sugary beverages harm the body, stripping away minerals from sugar metabolism.

Magnesium deficiency is associated with chronic inflammation. Conditions related to obesity, such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and osteoporosis, contain symptoms of inflammation.

Everything is connected

You see how everything is connected. The lack of magnesium in the body triggers obesity, followed by chronic disorders. A poor diet, such as processed food and soda drinks, does not have minerals and vitamins. These foods stripe magnesium too. The body, deficient in nutrients, cannot perform well.

It is a vicious cycle that can be stopped by changing lifestyle and diet.

Why Take Magnesium Supplement?

November 29, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Why Take Magnesium Supplement?

Magnesium deficiency, in the long run, can create unpleasant situations. Once, I traveled without magnesium. The customs do not like liquids. It means that I did not have ReMag, my favorite magnesium supplement, with me. My body rebelled and sent me a warning. It was a great night at the hotel, but I experienced painful cramps. I had never experienced this feeling before, never in my life. The following day I ran to the pharmacy and bought magnesium citrate. Even though I am spoiled with ReMag, the magnesium citrate worked like a charm.

Magnesium deficiency throws the body’s systems of balance because of magnesium participation in most bodily functions.

Reasons for taking magnesium

Constant stress, poor nutrition, and chronic disorders require magnesium. This mineral is vital for the properly functioning body’s metabolism.

We can not think about the body as the car. It is a clumsy comparison. However, it sometimes works because we can better understand the situation’s complexity.

Why take magnesium?

Magnesium participates in over 800 enzyme systems. These systems are involved in the body’s metabolism. If there is no magnesium, the body refuses to serve us adequately.

Headaches, stress intolerance, kidney stones, diabetes, weight gain, fatigue, heart problems, and the rest of the 65 magnesium deficiency conditions would darken our lives.

Magnesium participates in the creation of energy in the cell’s mitochondria. The cell has over 1000 mitochondria, just one human cell. Can you imagine what could happen when these diminutive mitochondria refuse to provide the energy for everyday tasks?

Magnesium’s importance

I do not see any way how to prevent misery. Magnesium is an essential mineral. It was abundant a hundred years ago, but not now. The document from the Senate in  1936 stated that soil lacks vital minerals, not only magnesium. Can you imagine people were concerned about American needs eight decades ago, but nobody mentions this problem now?

Why Take Magnesium Supplement?

It seems easy to use magnesium supplements until the body is saturated with this mineral. Why does it not happen?

  •   People do not know about magnesium.
  •   Nobody spreads the message through mainstream media
  •   Doctors do not have time to dig into problems associated with nutrition
  •   Nobody taught them in colleges and universities about prevention
  •   Magnesium deficiency is treated as a disease or disorder when symptoms can disappear using magnesium
  •  Most magnesium supplements have laxative effects.
  •  ReMag is the answer to magnesium deficiency problems. It does not have side effects and goes straight to the magnesium ions as stabilized. The majority of people did not hear about it. Why?  Doctors never heard about it except magnesium researchers, scientists, and doctors who can see the bigger picture.

How is it wrong?

The lack of information about the benefits of magnesium hurts health, wallet, and relationships with family or friends.  Disbalance costs time, money, and mental resources. Do I tell you to stay from chemicals? No, no way. I want to show that nutrition is the first way to ensure your body has everything it needs for proper functioning.

Can we get magnesium with food?

Why Take Magnesium Supplement?

Yes, you can. Unfortunately, you need to eat plenty of vegetables to get suitable magnesium. You are not the rabbit. You need different food, but you will not have space for it because your stomach is stuffed with vegetables. Nowadays, food lacks more nutrients compared with 1936. The soil is depleted; nobody gives the Earth back what was taken. Plenty of chemicals are used for fertilization. This mineral and other nutrients are deficient, especially in processed food. Besides it, soda drinks and sugar deplete magnesium from the body.

There are not so many options to get sufficient amounts of magnesium besides supplements.

You can ask about organic food. It is a better option, especially if you know from which farmer this food came. Farmers will avoid chemicals. However, how can you understand soil mineralization? Plants are okay as long they get minerals from the ground. It is a simple way to get nutrients.

Conclusion

Why take a magnesium supplement? Magnesium is a missing mineral. You can regain your balance and energy by taking ReMag, the best magnesium supplement on the market.

ReMag is 100 percent absorbable at the cellular level of liquid magnesium. You can read more about the ReMag here.

Does Heart Stent Work?

November 26, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Does heart stent work? Heart stents are plastic mesh or metal tubes inserted into a clogged blood vessel to keep it open. More than 500 000 patients worldwide have heart stents inserted. Stents are mostly used for individuals who have chest pain walking up hills or going upstairs. Sometimes people get heart stents when they have blockages in arteries.

The cost of heart stent insertion in the USA is impressive: from $11 000 to $41 000 at hospitals.

Heart stents help with clogged arteries. However, magnesium and placebo provide the same effect.

It was interesting to learn from Dr. Carolyn Dean about findings regarding heart stents. The study, published in Lancet, prompted questions about the importance of heart stents.  Does a heart stent work?

Does heart stent work?

People who will have information about the latest research and findings will ask more questions and rethink various medical steps. What do I talk about?

The New York Times published an intriguing article about heart stents, patients, doctors, and studies. The reporter wrote about a doctor who called off the operation. Why did it happen? The study published in Lancet described two groups of patients.

All patients had reasons to insert heart stents. Immensely blocked coronary artery and sharp chest pain are usually prompt to send patients for stent insertion.

All individuals were treated with drugs to reduce the risk of heart attack and relieve chest pain. Patients were divided into two groups. All individuals get insertions of catheters. The difference was that catheters were inserted just for one group of patients. They did not know who did not get catheters. Patients thought that everybody got heart stents.

After six weeks, researchers tested patients and found out that all patients in both groups had less chest pain and performed better on treadmills. It was a fascinating discovery because the placebo effect worked well for people who did not have inserted heart stents.

What does it mean?

According to The New York Times, Dr. David L. Brown of Washington University School of Medicine wrote that “All cardiology guidelines should be revised.”

Doctors recognize that there is a risk involved in having heart stent procedures. They think that it is better to insert stents for people with heart attacks.

This study was performed in England. In the USA, heart stents are the standard procedure widely accepted. Some American cardiologists were amazed at how ethics boards agreed on this type of study. However, the United Kingdom operates differently because they did not have any problems finding patients for the study, being funded, and performing it until results showed up.

Dr. Justin E. Davies and his colleagues at the Imperial College London found patients for the study.

Is it a difference between the USA and the United Kingdom? You can decide on it.

Why do people need heart stents?

Clogged and narrow arteries and chest pain require medical attention.  Heart stents expand routes. The blood could flow freely.  However, risks are involved in this type of procedure. Previously, cholesterol was blamed for all heart problems. Now experts point out that dietary cholesterol plays a minor role in creating a risk for heart disease.

Dr. Carolyn Dean writes that the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics recommends dropping cholesterol from the inadequate nutrients list. What is strange is that magnesium is forgotten.

The role of magnesium in the body’s metabolism is enormous. Magnesium guards calcium against overflowing into cells, controls cholesterol levels, and directs calcium from soft tissues to bones where it belongs.

Why do medical professionals not use magnesium as a safe way to deal with disorders?

Here is the excerpt from Dr. Carolyn Dean:

Magnesium, especially ReMag has such an important role to play but I’m not allowed to represent it as a treatment for the disease, which the FDA says makes it a drug. Excuse me! It’s NOT a drug it’s a mineral that is deficient in 80% of the population whose magnesium deficiency symptoms are misdiagnosed as disease. I’m righting a wrong here. In the future Nuremberg Trials of Magnesium, the practitioners and drug companies who pushed magnesium aside in favor of toxic drugs will be held accountable.

It seems that Dr. Carolyn Dean is in the minority of health professionals interested in the well-being of human beings.

Relative value units

It is a new name for the evaluation of doctors’ work.  Doctors earn plenty of relative value units(RVU) performing catheterization, stent or valve replacement, and ablation. What does it mean? More procedure, more money. The same old song.

Health professionals could provide information about the right lifestyle, proper nutrition, the importance of minerals, and scientific news about research for patients.

Conclusion

  •  The study in the United Kingdom shows that a placebo works perfectly for patients who supposedly would need heart stents. It seems that they did pretty well without intervention.
  • Choosing a knowledgeable health professional could be an excellent way to take care of your well-being.
  •  Dr. Carolyn Dean’s Completement Formulas are the way to stay out of trouble and in the best possible shape.

Magnesium For Menopause

November 25, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Magnesium For Menopause

Plenty of menopausal women take calcium supplements. Magnesium deficiency can cause many problems, such as anxiety, aches, pain, constant hot flashes, and night sweats.

Unfortunately, not many of us know about magnesium and its correlation with calcium.

Interestingly, mainstream health practitioners do not know why menopause is difficult to bear.

Do I joke? No, because after reading the article from the Chicago Tribune, I was surprised by the lack of knowledge.

Honestly, I lacked this knowledge too. However, after reading Dr. Carolyn Dean’s articles, books, and answers about various issues, I got the picture.

Magnesium helps relax muscles, relieves cramps, helps with insomnia, calms down the nerves, and prevents excess calcium.

Do you know about the importance of magnesium?

Magnesium is a mineral worth bothering everybody who wants to listen.  If people run away from the conversation, I write blogs. When people hear about it and continuously repeating, they finally get the bulb switched on in their heads.

Eureka! How did I not think about it before?

I know that it happens. It happens with everything starting from relationships and ending with the misery of constant migraines or lack of energy.  We can deal with other problems, but our health is not a joke.

We see signs and constant reminders that something is wrong or different. The longer we hide our heads in the sand as Australian Emus, the heavier the problems become. A few people look for options and take the reins into their hands.

Okay, back to the business.

Dealing with hot flashes is still a medical mystery

A similar title got my attention when I searched the Chicago Tribune newspaper. I know transitional periods are not the best condition, and there is no fun. However, I was surprised that hot flashes are a medical mystery.

I know many ladies who went through menopause. They did well with a positive attitude, proper diet, and natural supplements.

I can not tell what works for the whole world. If menopause were so natural to deal with it, we would not have so many options for treating it.

Let’s check out what this article provides for us.

The view on menopause from doctors

In this article, Carolyn Crandall, a professor of medicine at UCLA’s David Geffen School of Medicine, said they do not have an answer to the cause of hot flashes. Later I read that it is not clear what causes this process. There are options for dealing with menopause, such as hormone replacement therapy(HRT) and changes in lifestyle and mindset.

Unfortunately, there is a dark side to hormone therapy. The first trial showed that using artificial hormones increases the risk of heart disease and breast cancer.

I do not see any fun here because artificial hormones are different from those produced by the body.

Dr. Crandall weighs options such as bioidentical hormones, which can be approved by the FDA or not. FDA approves estradiol. Other hormones, such as compounded bioidentical and custom blended for the patient, are not accepted. The agency points out that there is insufficient evidence about safety and effectiveness.

Compounded bioidentical hormones are custom-made for each patient. We are different in all ways. The endocrine system is not an exception. FDA can not control hormones that are produced specially for the patient.

How about natural remedies?

I mentioned above that plenty of women take calcium supplements, especially during menopause. Nobody wants to break bones, for sure. Unfortunately, not all calcium supplements are absorbed entirely, especially at the cellular level. Most calcium stays in soft tissues, blood vessels, and organs, causing calcification. Conditions such as gallstones, kidney stones, atherosclerosis, fibromyalgia, and breast tissue calcification can occur.

Benefits Taking Magnesium Supplements

Natural supplements such as ReCalcia and ReMag can help deal with menopause symptoms. Women who take ReMag, mention that night sweat decreases, and hot flashes too. Insomnia disappears, and anxiety, rapid heartbeat, and depression move away. Isn’t it lovely?

One woman said she had had problems with menopause for three years already. Taking the ReMag magnesium supplement, she felt the difference after ten days. Her symptoms disappear entirely.

Besides, magnesium herbal remedies are efficient. You can read more about various herbs here.

Conclusion

Some health practitioners do not know why hot flashes occur. They doubt what could help to deal with menopause symptoms. The FDA approves hormones that bring risks, such as heart disease and breast cancer.  Other hormones, such as compounded bioidentical, are explicitly made for the particular person but do not have FDA approval.

Natural supplements such as  ReMag, the liquid magnesium, absorbable at 100 percent cellular level, work without side effects.

ReMag is the only magnesium supplement on the market that goes to the cell. You can check out more about ReMag here.

Herbs, the proper diet, and lifestyle can help rid menopausal symptoms. There is no risk involved. If you have questions or thoughts regarding the topic, please comment below.

Important Nutrient Diet

November 17, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Important Nutrient Diet

Nutrients from diet give the body energy, building substances, and tools to protect from invaders. A critical nutrient diet is a diet that is full of essential nutrients. Without the proper nutrients, the body would starve, be sluggish, and be unable to function at its full potential.

The Western diet is full of processed and missing substances. Sugar, heated oils, white flour, meat with antibiotics, and the lack of vegetables, minerals, proteins, and vitamins throw the body out the balance.

We see results in the street or airplanes when people cannot fit in the seat.

We may miss these nutrients in our diet

Individuals who consume a typical American diet can miss these vital nutrients:

Calcium

I read that calcium is abundant in a modern diet. However, we do not get calcium from authentic sources such as almonds, bok choy, canned salmon with bones, broccoli rabe, broccoli, white beans, and tofu. Most of us choose fast food, such as pizza or hamburgers, where calcium does not absorb efficiently.

Eating calcium-rich vegetables gives us a full array of vitamins, enzymes, and fibers. Processed calcium does not benefit the body because it is synthetic, not as Nature created.

Fiber

Fiber comes from raw food or is slightly cooked. The body benefits from fiber because it stimulates the immune system, lowers blood pressure, helps lose weight, helps move bowels, and fights inflammation.

Good sources of fiber are legumes, nuts, whole grains, seeds, fruits, and vegetables. Getting at least 20 to 30 grams of fiber daily is recommended.

Magnesium

Over eighty percent of American people are deficient in magnesium. It means plenty of problems with the nervous system, heart, muscle, energy production, and body metabolism. Over sixty-five conditions require magnesium.

Why do we not get enough magnesium from food? The soil is depleted. Farmers do not mineralize it. Plants and animals do not get magnesium from the land. The human being who stands at the end of a chain is left without vital minerals, not just magnesium.

Potassium

Potassium is a missing nutrient in the diet of Americans. Only 2 percent get the required dosage of potassium: 4700 mg per day.

Bananas, leafy greens, potatoes, legumes, and salmon are rich in potassium.

Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 diminishes with age. People can sense fatigue, anemia, loss of appetite, constipation, and weight loss.

Excellent sources of vitamin B12 are fish, beef, cheese, milk, eggs, and yogurt.

Conclusion

The Western diet is poorly equipped with nutrients such as enzymes, vitamins, minerals, proteins, and fiber. It means that individuals will experience the consequences of deficiencies. Do we need to wait for it?

It is better to find the right prevention tools and use them to protect the most precious assets: health and peace of mind.

You can read more about supplementation here. We do not get nutrients from food. What we get is only a part of the whole balanced diet. We need to give all the essential nutrients to the body. It is possible with the help of dietary supplements.

Why Does the Body Need Magnesium?

November 15, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Why the body needs magnesium? Magnesium is an essential mineral. It participates in all areas of the body’s metabolism. Magnesium deficiency creates turmoil and can lead to chronic disorders. Strong words? Let’s check out.

Magnesium benefits

  • Magnesium gives relief from anxiety, depression, and migraine
  • Magnesium aids in cases of stroke, pain, neuralgia, head injuries, brain surgeries
  • Magnesium helps lower cholesterol and hypertension
  • Magnesium is vital for the heart
  • Magnesium relieves PMS, helps through menopause
  • Magnesium is essential in cases of infertility, pregnancy, preeclampsia, and cerebral palsy
  • Magnesium aids for osteoporosis, arthritis, kidney stones, and kidney disease
  • Magnesium helps in cases of chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia
  • Magnesium is needed use for environmental illnesses
  • Magnesium prevents chronic diseases such as diabetes.

Magnesium is necessary for sixty-five conditions. Adrenal fatigue, bowel disease, arthritis, hypoglycemia, insomnia, and plenty more.

You would ask why nobody tells you about the importance of magnesium.

First, doctors do not learn about nutrition. Magnesium is a nutrient, not a drug.

Second, magnesium is a mineral. You can not patent it. If you can not license it, you can not make millions of it. It is simple. Everything simple is genial. In this case, people could benefit from this vital but pure mineral, nobody else.

Magnesium deficiency

More than 80 percent of Americans are deficient in magnesium. Thanks to the constant farming and depleting soil without giving it back, plants and animals do not get magnesium. We, people, do not get it too.

Of course, some individuals can afford to buy food from farmers who mineralize the soil. However, it is a drop in the ocean. Magnesium deficiency costs us a hefty price: our health. You would ask why? Because plenty of health practitioners do not know about magnesium and its importance to the body’s metabolism.

People use chemicals because they do not know better ways to help themselves. They hope for the best, but the hope is practical when we have done everything possible. When the body needs magnesium, and we feed ourselves with chemicals, the situation will not change.

Magnesium will not pop out from the pill because chemical constituents are different. It is the same as you would ask for soup, and the waiter will bring you a bowl of sugar.

Chemicals can not dig from the body magnesium if magnesium is absent. In conditions mentioned earlier, magnesium could reverse the situation to the best outcome.

Do you doubt it? Please read the book, The Magnesium Miracle, the second edition. If you have some problems, you will be nicely surprised. Bette, go to Amazon and read the feedback under the ReMag supplement. You would think where I was before?

Conclusion

The importance of magnesium was known many decades ago. Strangely, most health practitioners do not talk about it widely and openly to the public. There are hundreds of scientific papers and research about the benefits of magnesium. Doctors such as Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D., Dr. J. Mercola, Mildred Seelig, M.D., Dr.Bella T. Altura, and Dr.Burton M. Altura published many research papers, books, and articles. Finally, ReMag, the pico-ionic liquid magnesium, absorbable at 100 percent cellular level, can reach everybody who needs magnesium. There are no laxatives or other side effects. It means that we can get magnesium directly into our cells and feel changes in our bodies.
